ST LOUIS (LALATE) – A Shark Tank entrepreneur wrecked his car at Daytona this weekend. But he tells news that he is ready to race again Saturday. And his car is already repaired.
Millionaire entrepreneur Robert Herjavec is of the panelists on the ABC reality show “Shark Tank”. But on Friday, he took to the tracks for the 2013 Ferrari Challenge at Daytona International Speedway. Yet, Herjavec didn’t finish Friday, crashing his Ferrari.
During a turn of the seventh lap, Herjavec was reportedly pushed from behind. He went off course, wrecking the car. The entrepreneur was treated Friday at the infield care center and then released.
Late Friday he told news “thanks everyone for your concern.” He added that “medical [crews] released me. [I was] rammed from behind. [I'm] frustrated but OK [and the] car should be okay for [the] race for tomorrow.”
But Herjavec tells news today that the car has already been repaired and that he is ready to run again.
This morning, he indicated to news that the “car [is] all fixed. [The] shark is back”. He entered the “2nd race Ferrari Challenge this morning” after posting an image of the repaired Ferrari HERE. Today’s race features fifteen laps for the Shark.
