Tom Brady Mansion Gets Rihanna as Neighbor
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Tom Brady mansion with a moat is getting Rihanna and possibly Chris Brown as neighbors, if Brown-Rihanna dating reports are true. Tom Brady’s mansion in the Pacific Palisades has dominated local news for years because of its massive size and notable neighbors. But with a moat to protect Tom Brady’s mansions, is Chris Brown moving in nearby the Patriots quarterback?
new lavish mansion has dominated news since 2009. At the time, LALATE reported that Brady paid $11 million just for his lot. Brady’s property is reportedly three acres. Brady over the next four years constructed a massive compound. The residence near Arnold Schwarzenegger also soon added a large scale moat around the residence.
But since then Brady has gotten one notable singer moving in nearby: Rihanna. Boasting seven bedrooms and nine baths, Rihanna’s house was listed for $12 million. She reportedly paid full price just before Christmas.
Shortly after making the purchase in December, Rihanna reportedly had a new host guest: Chris Brown. While Brown has a home further east in Los Angeles, reports have claimed that Brown has effectively moved into the residence with Rihanna.
Before moving near the Brady mansion, Rihanna lived in Beverly Crest. That previously house leaked from the roof. She bought the Beverly Crest home for $6.9 million in 2009. Then she sued the agent, inspectors and others in 2011. She eventually sold the house for a $5.03 million loss.
