LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Tom Cruise “girlfriend” report is being denied by Cynthia Jorge. Cynthia Jorge says she is not Tom Cruise’s girlfriend. But fans are wondering if the story, hitting supermarkets shelves this week, is the work of some publicity stunt.

Tom Cruise and his “girlfriend” Cynthia Jorge appear on the front cover story of InTouch Magazine this week. “Her Wild Nights with Tom”, reads the cover featuring a picture of the two. The magazine claims the two met after Tom visited Beauty & Essex, an establishment where Cynthia is a manager. Reportedly she gave Cruise her business card and he reportedly contacted her.

Within one day, the two along with others hit up local hotspot Le Baron. “They did the salsa. He took her in his arms and spun her around the dance floor,” claimed a spy. “Tom looked like a pro.”

Another pal tells news that they it wasn’t even a date. “Cynthia told me they went out for drinks and it was nothing but a casual night out. She said he’s a nice guy.”

PEOPLE reports that the Jorge did spark Cruise’s interest. But he is not dating her. “He’s single and will be talking to women – all of whom he won’t be instantly dating,” the source told PEOPLE.
