LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Kenya Moore lawsuit about her RHOA rental house, demands about her security, and allegations from Walter Jackson are dominating news today. Kenya Moore is threatening to sue one local reporter, Funky Dineva, who published Moore’s corporate check online. The check was published by Funky Dineva in its allegations that Moore doesn’t own her RHOA house but allegedly rents it for “reality” tv. But in true RHOA fashion, Kenya Moore brings up her “security” in response to the check. After seasons of fans being told him Kim Zolciak that she had “bought” her “dream house” and that Chateau Sheree was still under construction, yet another RHOA home is prompting debate today again.
When Kenya Moore was first introduced in RHOA fans this season, she prompted an usual reaction from cast members after she shouted “Security, Security!” During the Bailey Agency audition, one of Cynthia Bailey’s employees took issue with Kenya’s “crack” comments. So Kenya shouted “security, security” and had him removed. Then during her first meeting with Phaedra Parks, Parks told news that she was shocked that Moore had security in Atlanta.
But this month, a local reporter Funky Dineva posted one of Moore’s alleged checks online. The check is not a personal check but a corporate check. And it’s not from Atlanta, but from Beverly Hills. In the upper left it reads “Moore Vision Media Inc”, Moore’s company, and lists its address out of Beverly Hills.
The website claimed that the check is allegedly a rental check for the Roswell home that Kenya uses on RHOA. The same home (pictures above) dominated a recent episode in which Kenya faked a dinner for her allegedly fake boyfriend, Walter Jackson.
Moore allegedly fired off a letter to the website claiming in part “As a result of this breach of my security and criminal theft by conversion, my bank accounts have been compromised” and that “I have spoken to my attorneys …. [regarding] a civil lawsuit”. Meantime 93.1 FM Cleveland repots that Bravo allegedly was not happy about the Kenya-Walter surprise hitting news this winter, courtesy of the Atlanta’s V-103 DJs Frank Ski and Wanda show. Bravo has yet to confirm to the same.
But Walter Jackson tells news that Kenya allegedly made up the fake relationship and just simply took it too far. “I’m not here to bash the show. Trust me, the producers and everybody with the show, they had no idea. This was me and Kenya”. He told V103 that the relationship storyline was invented by Kenya and that he agreed to it. But suddenly, Kenya allegedly pushed an engagement storyline, claims Walter, leaving allegedly both him and Bravo surprised. “On the show I didn’t have any idea that she’s telling the producers that (we’re getting married). So, every time it’s like whoa, this is not what I signed up for.”
Even worse, Jackson says that “nobody” in Atlanta ever saw him with Kenya in public. “She told me it’s like acting. Nobody in Atlanta has seen me out with Kenya. Frank (Ski), you know I go to all the events.” Jackson says he agreed to play her boyfriend, but not to propose to her. “Everybody was like hey man, get your fifteen minutes of fame. So, I said okay, I can play your boyfriend.” Moore has denied Jackson’s wrongdoings. While 93.1 claims that Bravo is displeased with Moore, the network has yet to confirm the same. And the website accused of publishing the check, Funky Dineva, denies any wrongdoing either.
