Rihanna’s New Mansion: Singer Buys in Pacific Palisades Near Tom Brady
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Rihanna’s new mansion brings her closer to Tom Brady. Rihanna’s new mansion in Rivas Canyon in Pacific Palisades is also, ironically, close to the Rustic Canyon Fire earlier this year. Rihanna will be further away from Chris Brown in her new mansion but closer to a series of other celebrities.
Rihanna has bought a new home in the Pacific Palisades, insiders tell news. The pop singer is hoping for better luck after losing millions on her last home in Beverly Crest. That previously house leaked from the roof, resulting in several water lawsuits for the Umbrella singer. She bought that house $6.9 million in 2009. Then she sued the agent, inspectors and others in 2011. She eventually sold the house for a $5.03 million loss.
The latest mansion has a peculiar look. Built in 2010, the property features an eleven thousand square foot home, insiders tell news. Boasting seven bedrooms and nine baths, the house was listed for $12 million. Rihanna is said to have paid full asking price.
Rihanna is near Tom Brady and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Brady and his wife recently finished construction on their home. In 2008, LALATE reported that Brady paid $11 million just for his lot. Brady’s property is reportedly three acres, while Rihanna’s is just over a single acre.
