NeNe Leakes Talk Show Coming to TV: EXCLUSIVE
LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – A NeNe Leakes talk show is coming soon to TV. NeNe’s talk show will be the culmination of one of her many recently expressed goals to fans. It will also mark Leakes’ latest major TV role in just several months.
For years, Leakes has hinted about her desire to enter into the television talk show arena. But yet, the “keeping it real” member of RHOA could be closer to a TV talk show project than initially anticipated.
Leakes, when asked about her own talks show plans, said yesterday “it’s coming”. She adds “so keep your eyes and ears open”. No TV distributor has yet to be inked for the project.
But Leakes has been preparing for the role with recent other co-hosting gigs. Leakes recently co-hosted with Anderson Cooper for his short-lived Anderson Live series. “Tune in Monday 2 @andersonlive I will co-host wit my boo Anderson Cooper”, Leakes said at the time.
What would be the format of Leakes’ show? She has previously told news that it could cover anything, including “politics, men, money, shoes.” But she assures news that she could certainly find any topic to cover for an entire hour.
And what could be the possible name of the talk show? That remains unclear. But as reported exclusively on LALATE earlier this year, Leakes’ Bravo producer, True Entertainment LLC, is still holding active its “intent to use” trademark application on the mark “I Dream of Nene”. “I Dream of Nene” is the believed title of Leakes’ formerly-planned RHOA reality TV show spinoff.
