LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Elizabeth Trujillo photos are being revealed as an attorney confirms Flavor Fav will fight charges against him. Flavor Flav will fight allegations of domestic violence stemming from an October 17 encounter in Las Vegas, his attorney told news today. Tony Abbatangelo says his client did not commit the allegations asserted by police. Elizabeth Trujillo disagrees.
Elizabeth Trujillo’s name was not released shortly after news of Flavor Flav’s arrest surfaced. But today, Abbatangelo says that Elizabeth Trujillo and her teenage son did not suffer the allegations they detailed in a police report.
Shortly after 3:30 am the day of the purported incident, Las Vegas police got a 911 call from Flavor Flav’s residence. Las Vegas Metro Police in a news statement confirm that the 911 caller, Elizabeth Trujillo, said “she had been involved in a physical altercation with her fiance.”
Officials also told news that “It was also reported that after the physical altercation, Drayton [Flavor Fav] had threatened his fiancee’s teenage son with a knife.” They added “After an investigation, Drayton was arrested and charged with battery domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon.”
Abbatangelo tells news that the family is reportedly dealing with the matter internally. Flavor Fav is out on $23,000 bond. His next hearing is November 20. But Elizabeth Trujillo has yet to comment to news about the matter.
Trujillo’s claims are detailed extensively in the police report. Trujillo says that an argument erupted because she allegedly caught Flavor Fav cheating on her. She then claims that the rapper threw her to the floor twice.
Her 17 year old son came in and then allegedly wrestled with Flavor Fav to stop the purported attack. Then, in the police report, Elizabeth Trujillo claims that Fav grabbed two knives and began to chase the teenager boy around the house.
The boy claims that he found safety by locking himself inside his sister’s bedroom. But he claims that Fav kicked in the door and threaded to kill the boy. Trujillo claims that Fav allegedly ripper out her earring during the dispute. Fav denied the allegations. But police found knives on the kitchen floor and a cut on Fav’s left hand.
