Lindsay Lohan Video Released from Alleged Hit-Run
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lindsay Lohan video has been released from her alleged hit-run case today. Lindsay Lohan appeared on the surveillance video tape released to news of the encounter with Chef Jose Rodriguez earlier this week outside a New York nightclub in Chelsea.
Lohan has disputed the allegations. Lohan recently finished film on her new film as Liz Taylor and her subsequent role in “The Canyons”. She was in New York visiting friends the evening of the encounter.
This is the latest crash for Lohan in just weeks. In June, Lohan crashed another Porsche into a vehicle on Los Angeles’ Pacific Coast Highway.
Lohan, this time, is accused of driving a friend’s Porsche in New York and striking a pedestrian. Jose Rodriguez claimed leg injuries. He was transported to Bellevue Hospital and later released.
Lohan is currently on informal probation. Under terms of her probation, she is not ordered to appear in with any probation officer. “We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue,” Lohan’s publicist told news after the accident. He called the encounter “much ado about nothing.”
The encounter was recorded outside the entrance to the Electric Room, a nightclub club inside The Dream Hotel. Lohan has denied any wrongdoing. Witnesses also claim she was not drinking, an assertion disputed by the chef.
