Rustic Canyon Fire 2012 Strikes Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades Today: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – A Rustin Canyon Fire 2012 is burning in Los Angeles currently near the Pacific Palisades. LALATE can report that LAFD helicopters are perched above Mandeville Canyon near Paul Revere High School and the Palisades Riviera battling the blaze (fire map below).
As of 1:24 pm PST today, there has been a steady stream of fire trucks rushing westward on Sunset Boulevard. Fire trucks began speeding to the scene shortly after 1 pm. But within the last twenty minutes, water tankers were spotted flying overhead.
The Rustic Canyon Fire 2012 is the first Los Angeles fire this week to erupt west of the 405 Freeway. The fire is currently burning with temperatures in West Los Angeles at far over 100 degrees. Dry dense brush is helping fuel the fire. But low winds is causing the fire to move slowly.
