Rousey vs. Kaufman Results Prompt Early Strikeforce Surprises Tonight

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Rousey vs. Kaufman results have prompted some Strikeforce early surprises in the undercard fights tonight. Champ Ronda Rousey vs. Sarah Kaufman will battle tonight at Valley View Casino Center for the women’s bantamweight title. But already, the undercard results have produced some exciting outcomes.
The preliminary card fights aired earlier tonight on Showtime Extreme. First Bobby Green delivered an easy win against Matt Ricehouse. Green vs. Ricehouse ended with a unanimous decision tonight, yielded a three point spread. Then news analysts watched as Germaine de Randamie did the same with Hiroko Yamanaka. De Randamine vs. Yamanak ended also tonight via a unanimous decision and three point spread.
But the excitement heated up in the next two preliminary card fights. First, Adlan Amagov surprised news and fans by defeating Keith Barry only seconds into the fight. Amagov vs. Berry ended with a TKO via strikes just forty-eight seconds into tonight’s first round.
Later, Miesha Tate defeated the competition, not on the cards, but via an armbar. Miesha Tate took three rounds to defeat Julie Kedzie. Tate vs. Kedzie ended in a win via submission with a little more than three minutes having elapsed in the third round.
Those initial four fights aired on Showtime Extreme. With a start time of 10:00 pm EST tonight, Showtime will air five main card fights. T.J. Cook will battle Ovince St. Preux first. Then Lumumba Sayers will take face off against Anthony Smith. News analysts expect a good match in Roger Bowling vs. Tare Saffiedine followed by Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza vs. Derek Brunson.
