Tamra Barney Fitness Studio Heads To Rancho Santa Margarita: EXCLUSIVE
ORANGE COUNTY (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Tamra Barney’s fitness studio will open in Rancho Santa Margarita, the Bravo celebrity reveals to fans this week. Tamra Barney’s fitness studio, “C.U.T. Fitness OC”, won’t open in Ladera Ranch, as believed by fans in 2011. Rather Barney purportedly will open her first fitness facility roughly eight miles north in Rancho Santa Margarita. But as Barney prepares for the fitness facility’s launch, a new twist has surfaced.
In fall 2011, Barney implied that her future major project could come to Ladera Heights. She asked fans at the time if a possible name could be “OC Fit Ladera Spin”. But as reported first on LALATE this month, Barney opted instead for the slightly similar name “C.U.T. Fitness OC”.
But where in OC is Barney set to begin her fitness endeavor? A new Facebook account, purportedly to be an official account for the future facility, now proclaims the location as “Rancho Santa Margarita, California”.

Last season on the RHOC reunion, Barney told fans and news that she was working with the local city to finish efforts to open to the business. The City of Rancho Santa Margarita, California according to its website is very pro business.
The City currently features one page which states “Rancho Santa Margarita is pleased to announce the following businesses that will be coming soon to our City”. It also offers another page which proclaims, in contrast, “the recent opening of the following businesses”.

But one peculiar twist for Barney is the domain name for her business. Barney’s first social media mention of the “Cut Fitness OC” was on Twitter on August 4, 2012. But strangely, three days earlier, a roofing business of out Orange County bought a possible domain name for Barney’s business “CutFitnessOC.com”. The roofing company obtained ownership to the name on August 1, 2012 and listed itself out of a UPS Store in Mission Viejo.
