Irizarry claims the alleged attack happened November at 5 am when she was entering Miami’s Dream nightclub. That’s when she saw Terrence J exited with Ebanks.

Irizarry says she has been a close friend of Terrence J for years. At the time, Terrence J was dating Ebanks. She claims that she kissed Terrence J on the cheek to give him a friendly hello. But Irizarry’s lawsuit asserts the Ebanks was drunk and shouted “Don’t be kissing my man”.

She claims that at that point Ebanks punched her and broke her nose. She is suing for pain, suffering and medical bills. Ebanks disputes the allegations and claims the suit is months old.

The Telemundo model tells the NY Daily News “I’m so angry, because she thinks she can get away with anything…. You shouldn’t be allowed to put your hands on anyone for no reason. Me saying hello to someone doesn’t give you the right to hit me.”
