LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Ray J’s Twitter insult of Kim Kardashian got mixed reviews from fans last night. Ray J didn’t get a response from Kardashian following his Twitter mockery. But he did a response from other musicians, news analysts, and some irate fans.
Kim Kardashian, like other celebrities, often uses social media to express words of inspiration to her followers. Kardashian BFF and reality star NeNe Leakes is one of the leaders of inspirational daily messages to fans.
In fact Leakes, who appears in a major new TV series this fall, uses social media to inspire fans to attain greatness in their daily lives. She wrote this week “I have so many positive things 2 look forward 2 & i’am n such a great place right now business & personal”. She also added recently “Good morning big dreamers! Dream big, the best is yet 2 come! Let’s go.”
Kardashian, who spends time with Leakes during her Los Angeles filming, also sends comparable inspiration messages to her fans. One went out last night which read “Keep your life in a positive perspective. We are not defined by our pasts.”
But following the message, one person took issue with the reference “our pasts”. Ray J, whose past dating Kim Kardashian was memorialized in a scandal tape, retweeted her message and added a “LOL”.
By morning, the Ray J message had been shared a purported thirty-thousand times. Meek Mill took issue to the message, tweeting himself “RIP to Ray J’s career, 2006-2006.” Ray J recently appeared on HLN’s Dr Drew to discuss new focuses in his career.
