Brooks Ayers, Vicki Gunvalson Still Together But Breakup Urged by Briana
ORANGE COUNTY (LALATE) – A Vicki Gunvalson, Brooks Ayers breakup is being urged by Real Housewives of Orange County viewers and cast members on the season reunion show. But are Vicki Gunvalson and boyfriend Brooks Ayers still together? Vicki and Brooks tell news that they are still together, and very much in love, despite criticism from daughter Briana Wolfsmith, fellow housewives including Tamra Barney, and even viewers.
But the Vicki Gunvalson, Brooks Ayers relationship takes an unusual turn during reunion telecast when another suitor from last season came up in the discussion. Before there was Brooks Ayers, there was the infamous Cabo vacation episode between Vicki and Tamra. Vicki had the time of her life during that Cabo telecast, Tamra Barney told viewers last week.
But Tamra also told news and viewers that far more than that allegedly happened between Vicki and some suitor. Tamra claimed that Vicki and some other unidentified male in Cabo allegedly were more than flirty. “Do you want me to tell everybody what you did in Cabo after I left?” Vicki claims that she doesn’t know what Tamra is talking about. So Tamra exclaims “Oh my God, you’re going to h–ll.”
Briana then adds fuel to fire. She says that, before she was legally divorced Donn, Vicki allegedly got text messages from Brooks Ayers. “She’d go to the bathroom, and it’d pop up, ‘Brooks Ayers, I love you, Happy Thanksgiving.’”

Also during the telecast, Andy Cohen asks Briana if she has a relationship with Brooks Ayers. In recent months as reported on LALATE, Vicki has repeatedly posted pictures of Briana alongside Brooks as though they are in a relationship.
But Briana told Cohen that such is not the case,. “I wouldn’t call it a relationship at all. I don’t see him [Brooks Ayers], I don’t go to dinner with him. We don’t really interact.” But despite what her daughter is telling her, Vicki is keeping Brooks no matter how much it angers her daughter.
Brooks, like other RHOC cast members, however, was ready to fight back during the telecast. He fumed at Tamra “The bottom line is, getting relationship advice from you is like getting financial advice from someone who’s bankrupt, which I’ve never been.”
But the real line that prompted viewer debate was Vicki’s remark “What if he [Brooks] just likes me because he likes me?” Tamra tells Vicki to figure it out herself. “Good. Do it by yourself!”
Brooks is not the first man in Vicki’s life to speak out during a reunion telecast. Last season it was Donn.

Donn said at the time that Vicki treated him poorly in seeking divorce. “It was typical Vicki, Vicki orchestrated it, Vicki made up the rules, Vicki did it her way.” In the end, Donn told viewers that the means in which Vicki divorced him without warning hurt him greatly. “Vicki should feel bad that she hurt me. What she did was not cool in anybody’s eyes. A marriage and a man should be treated with dignity. I don’t think the way this went down was treated with dignity or class. And I deserved both.” Vicki agreed. “Everything that Donn says is right on.”

I cannot believe Brooks announced Breanna’s pregnancy and wedding on a radio show before she was ready to do it herself. What a jerk, he has no right as a boyfriend of her Mom to tell anyone especially the general public and they’re not even close. Boyfriends come and go but a good relationship with your daughter will bring more joy than this guy could ever bring her. I think Brooks needs to take a long walk of a short pier. Seriously Vicki, deserves happiness and love of course, but do it with someone who is genuine, not this guy.

Crooks is a scumbag. He went to the media to breach Briana’s private life. He admitted to Tamra (at the reunion) that he knew her eye roll was just an eye roll; but then he said that it was no different than an “EVUL AHYEE”. That slip should have alerted Vicki to the fact that he simply wanted to appear gallant. He wanted to separate Vicki from her suspicious friend and manipulated the scene in his favor. With all of his misdeeds shown to Vicki, she stubbornly clings to him is willful blindness. The following question should be answered: If Vicki had no money, would Brokes still be with her?

What bothered me more was the casual commentary about the fact that Donn had a 20 year affair and from the expressions on the couch it appeared it was common knowledge. Poor Vicki she may have a successful business but her idea of a good man needs some serious adjustment.

The news that Donn had a girlfriend for 20 years is just shocking. No wonder Vicki was looking outside of her marriage, taking the kids on vacation without Donn, etc. I think Vicki needs to take a break from men for a while, get the divorce settled, then start dating casually. Send Crooks packing. Especially after the 20/20 interview with Crook’s baby’s momma. Wake up Vicki!

Three seasons ago I told my mom that Vicki had another man. So when Crooks came out of the closet the only surprise was what a loser the guy is. I thought she would have gone for someone younger and better looking.

Don’t share your secret to your friend if you plan to spill their, that is very low of Tamra to spill out the dirty laundry of your trip to Cabo, but to me mostly is your fault, you know all along how Tamra’s mouth is why tell her any secret?!?!? just saying.

I am surprised that most of the posters on all of the housewives sites are so wrapped up as if they are actual friends of these evil women. The hard truth is that most every housewife fan loves to watch these folks humiliate themselves for money. Just remember that they are only on TV for our amsuement. If they are willing to sell their souls for a few dollars so that I can laugh and me amused for an hour, Its fine with me.It reminds me of the movie with Arnold Swartzenegger and Richard Dawson ( the running Man)? Also the
Roman circus of 2000 years ago. Maybe we will have these women fight it out to the death also. Or the current movie, The Hunger Games. Humans will never change.
In the meantime, I like to watch the girls battle it out with not even the slightest bit of guilt. Shaddenfruedde rules.

Really everyone is telling Vicki stuff that she already knows!!! She’s just afraid to admit it. Vicki is not a very nice looking lady for someone who is only 50, her face is looking really bad and she has put on quite a bit of weight over the past couple seasons. She has got such low selfesteem that she’s afraid she’s not going to find anyone. She should use some of her millions and get some work done on her face and body then she might find a nice guy. Brianna said it right. Brooks likes the idea of being on RHOOC, he’s not only looking for fame but he wants Vickis money. I thought she was smarter than that. When she finally learns thats he’s taken all her money, then everyone can say I TOLD YOU SO.

When Vicki and Donn renewed their wedding vows for the TV show it was pretty clear to me that Vicki was being fake. Maybe she felt guilty or just wanted to contrive something to keep the producers happy. It is funny to find out later that both of these losers were involved with other people. Yet they continue to live in the same house while Vicki put Crooks in a hotel. Pathetic.

vicki must be trying to save face. doesn’t she know you can read hallmark cards in the stores for free? as for crooks, I’m southern and I’ve never heard such a slow, smarmy delivery of tripe. He makes Foghorn Leghorn look suave. and what is a love tank? what a strange way to tell whether you are loved. I’ll be glad never to hear about her love tank.

I keep looking to see if Vicki and Crooks broke up. Amazingly, he is still in the picture. Isn’t there a rehab place for Vicki to go help from Doctor Drew? The way she goes crazy, nuts, insane saying that her daughter disrespecting her for getting married, what kind of disorder is that? It is always about her. No wonder someone like Crooks can easily get into her good graces by playing up to her ego. Come on Vicki! Go see a shrink to get some help. If you are as smart as you think you are, wake up and smell the coffee. When a guy says that he loves your son like he was his own, what does that tell you? Fake! He just met him. Catch a clue.

Vicky is childlike. She constantly needs to hear she is a valued person. When I saw the episode where she visited her mom and she kept asking,”Are you proud of me mom?” That is when I realized she has no self esteem and has issues that only a shrink can help her with. She is self righteous and self indulgent, (two qualities that will sabatage her friendships in a heart beat) Her daughter shows more maturity and self worth than Vicky ever has. I do not blame Brianna for eloping. Her wedding would have been all about her ‘mother’ otherwise. Re: Alexis, she is as phony as a 3 dollar bill. Maybe one day she’ll wake up and realize she is a controlled wife, and is hiding behind that with elaborating on material things to make herself feel better. Trouble is, the other Housewives see right thru it! She knows deep down inside, Jim is a ‘jerk’. She ‘uses’ religion as her escape goat; which is a ’sin’ in itself. with all this being said, I still enjoy the show and watch faithfully for entertainment value!

Vicki is 50, she needs to grow up and stop being so needy. For someone who is supposed to be intelligent she doesn’t act it. Every programme has to be about her, she seems to think the show revolves around her, it must be draining for her friends to constantly have to praise her and tell her how wonderful she is. Her behaviour on season 7 was a disgrace, she has a bad temper and how jealous she was when Tamra became friends with Gretchan. She just can’t bear not being the centre of attention all the time. But her behaviour to her daughter was disturbing and I don’t blame Brianna for eloping who would want someone as controlling as Vicki at their wedding. Brooks has clearly watched the show and is taking advantage of how needy Vicki is but the fact that Vicki chooses to take his side over her friends and children shows how selfish she is. It’s all about her and what she wants as usual. I am not surprised Don had an affair (if it is true, which I doubt), it was always Vicki choosing not to be with him and putting her job first. Her relationship with Brooks won’t last but when she realises what a conman he is she will have lost all her friends and possibly her family.
