Serial Groper, Kenneth Sands, Loses Coffee Defense in Seattle

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Serial groper, Kenneth Sands, lost a coffee defense in his Seattle criminal case this week. Kenneth Sands was convicted previously of acts against women and high school volleyball players. But during his sentencing, Kenneth Sands attempted to blame his crimes on his cup of coffee. The Seattle court didn’t swallow the claim.
Kenneth Sands claimed that his local Seattle coffee drove him to psychotic episodes that led to his crimes. So why did he become a convicted serial groper? He told the court it was because of his Seattle coffee.
“That caused a psychotic episode. My son-in-law and daughter had never seen that kind of behavior from myself”, the Court was told. But the Court didn’t believe the claim.
Dr Martin Blinder, who was involved in the Twinkie defense in the Dan White trial of 1979, told ABC that he has never heard of caffeine causing a person to act this way. “We have no evidence that coffee is harmful. In fact, there is some evidence that drinking it in one’s old age can assist in some Alzheimer’s cases.”
At sentencing, the Court ordered Sands to serve thirty days for each of his five convicted counts.
One of his victims’ wrote a letter which was read in open court this week. In it, she said “Ken left me with nightmares that would leave me sleepless for nights, afraid to fall asleep. I’ve had dreams of him hurting me and my family in violent ways over and over again.”
