Michael Vick Dog Dies Before Kijafa Frink Wedding Date

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – The former Michael Vick dog Ellen is dead at age 11. Ellen was one of Michael Vick’s dogs rescued by authorities from his property in 2007. Today, the Best Friends Animal Society tells news that the pit bull was euthanized last weekend after a sudden illness. The revelation comes just days before Vick’s weddding to Kijafa Fink (photos below).
Officials are still unsure what prompted Ellen’s illness. The former Vick dog had suddenly grown sick this month, dropping weight dramatically. Last weekend, officials decided to euthanized Ellen.
Ellen dominated news after her recovery from Vick’s estate five years ago. Many experts thought none of Vick’s dogs, including Ellen, would ever survive.
