Jon Gosselin issued the apology at the same time that he told news he has several TV offers. But Jon says he is being selective about his future projects. He also hinted that he wants to return to television.

Jon tells PEOPLE today “I’ve been offered a lot of stuff. Crazy stuff. It wasn’t the right fit, then or now.” He adds “I don’t want [my kids] thinking I take every show just to make a buck.”

Jon tells news that he has a new job as a director of sales and promotions for Gameface. He is dating a single mother, Liz Jannetta, age 27.

The 35 year old says tells news that he and Kate have different parenting skills. But he says his actions after their divorce were wrong. “I am sorry, because I did stuff I wouldn’t want done to me.” He said that Kate is a great mom.
