Toulouse, France Hostage Situation Underway at CIC Bank

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Toulouse, France hostage situation is underway at CIC Bank. The hostage situation erupted at Toulouse’s CIC branch bank shortly after 11 am today June 20, 2012. Moments ago, officials confirmed to news that one hostage was released.
The name of the person behind today’s terror has not been released to news. But facets of the man’s threats, and actions, and being filtered to news this morning.
First, the man claims ties to al-Qaida. Officials tell news that they are unsure if those threats are real or false. Second, the man has taken hostages close to the location of French terror in March when three schoolchildren and four others were killed.
Third, the male has taken hostage the bank director and three customers of the bank. While officials tell news that one hostage has been released, they have yet to release details about that individual.
Forth, officials tells news that the hostage situation was not the gunman’s original motive today. Rather they claim that the terror erupted after a robbery went wrong. Police union spokesman Christophe Crepin tells news that the gunman is extremely angry. The current terror is only 330 feet from Mohammed Merah’s former apartment earlier this year.
