Sweden vs France 2012 Battle in Euro 2012 Group Round

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – When Sweden vs France 2012 kicks off Tuesday in their Euro 2012 Group D game, one or both teams will eventually be eliminated. Sweden vs France 2012 (en vivo 2:45 PM EST) is a problematic UEFA Euro 2012 Group D showdown. Sweden has already been eliminated and won’t be advancing to the Quarterfinals. But if Sweden also beats France, the French will be eliminated as well from this competition.
Prior to their showdown on Tuesday June 19, Sweden already learned they have no chance to advance to the Quarterfinals. That news came after their 2-1 loss to the Ukraine on June 11 and then their 2-3 loss to England on June 15. France, in contrast, is currently ranked in first for Group D. But if they lose against Sweden on Tuesday, they too will be heading home.
France in its opening match of the Euro 2012 Group action earned a draw. In a final score against England, France only secured a 1-1 outcome. Then against the Ukraine, France impressed news with a 0-2 victory.
Against the Ukraine, Jeremy Ménez scored at the fifty-three minute mark; Yohan Cabaye then scored three minutes later. Against England, France’s Samir Nasri shocked news, tying up the game for a draw only nine minutes after England’s sole goal.
But the real test for France since August 2011 has been their International Friendly matches. Since August 2011, France has shocked news with never losing a match in six appearances. Last year, the team defeated USA and earned a draw against Chile and Belgium. This year, they defeated Germany, Iceland, Serbian and Estonia. Moreover, their offense has been exceptional. In three appearances since May, France has scored ten goals. But can they beat Sweden? For live updates Tuesday, click HERE.
