Ryan Seacrest Buying * Clark Productions?

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Ryan Seacrest is considering buying * Clark Productions, claims a new report. Ryan Seacrest Media wants to buy * Clark Productions to add to his growing list of media properties.
A new report today claims that Red Zone Capital, run by Daniel Snyder (Washington Redskins), has reportedly hired Raine Group to consider a possible sale of the * Clark Productions; the same report also claims that Seacrest’s company has approached Raine. * Clark sold his interest in his company in 2002 to Red Zone.
Seacrest has been tied to a series of media deals in recent years. Through 2009, Seacrest was under a three year $35 million contract. Then in 2010, Seacrest and Clear Channel announced a deal worth a reported $60 million over three years.
Two years ago, the newest entries were to be a live concert series, a music publishing arm, and even a record label. Under that contract renewal, Clear Channel and Seacrest would establish a joint venture to pursue these and other music endeavors. Then in January, a new deal between Seacrest and Clear Channel was inked with a reported $300 million.
Seacrest has yet to comment about the latest report.
