Deandra Marquis Lee Arrested in Twins, Babysitter Murder Case

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Deandra Marquis Lee has been arrested, his mugshot photo released, in the murder case concerning twin girls and their babysitter. A manhunt for Deandra Marquis Lee finally ended Saturday in the gruesome case which has dominated news since Tuesday.
Deandra Marquis Lee is accused of murdering his three victims Tuesday in Lowndes County on Tuesday. Midweek, officials warned news that Lee could be hiding out in Dallas County. This afternoon, a tip resulted in the arrest of Lee in Selma, Alabama.
On Tuesday, Deandra Marquis Lee killed 9 year old twins Jordan Dejerinett and Taylor Dejerinett along with 73 year old baby sister Jack Mac Girdner, prosecutors claim. Yet few details about the shocking case have been released.
Just last year, Lee was acquitted on double murder charges in the Dallas area. Officers from the Selma Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service and the Alabama Bureau of Investigation confirmed Lee’s arrest Saturday. Selma police Chief William T. Riley tells news that Lee did not resist arrest.
Prosecutors have yet to give a motive for Deandra Marquis Lee’s alleged killings. Girdner reportedly was a former anesthesiologist.
