Rob Williams Crossbow Attack Strikes WJHL Channel 11 Weatherman

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Rob Williams (Robert Batot) of WJHL Channel 11 is recovering from a crossbow attack. Rob Williams is weatherman for the Tennessee news channel. But now Gerald Delbert Taylor is accused of breaking into Taylor’s house, firing bullets at him, and then shooting a crossbow into Batot’s chest. When police responded, they found Batot will the bow sticking out of his chest.
The terror erupted on Monday. Taylor allegedly was Batot’s former roommate. But for reasons still unknown, Taylor is accused to threatening to harm the weatherman’s reputation. Batot had to gotten a restating order in May.
And while Taylor was prevented from going to Batot’s home or work, on Monday Taylor allegedly broke into the Ashworth Court home and shot a crossbow into Batot’s chest
WJHL tells news “Thanks to all who’ve sent words of kindness and encouragement about our colleague Rob Williams . We look forward to his return to work soon.”
Williams on Monday told news “Thanks for all the nice messages friends. Just wanted to let you know that I am doing well. Will be back at work later this week.” He added “Thanks for all your good wished and your prayers.”
