Justin Bieber Battles Battery Allegations from Photographer

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Justin Bieber is battling battery allegations from a photographer. Justin Bieber is being sought for questioning after a paparazzo claimed he suffered a battery in Calabasas Sunday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office confirms to news that Bieber is sought for questioning in the matter.
The photographer remains unidentified. But Sheriff’s Lt. Robert Wiard tells news that the photographer called 911 after the purported incident Sunday.
Justin Bieber was visiting the movies inside the Commons at Calabasas. When Bieber and Gomez exited the theatre, the photographer began taking photos of Bieber and Gomez. That’s when Wiard claims that Bieber allegedly touched him.
The photographer called 911. Wiard confirms to news that officers arrived at the scene, questioned the photographer, who then complained of pains to his chest. Bieber and Gomez had left the area by that point.
Wiard was treated at a local area hospital and released. The photographer’s condition today remains unknown. He was initially transported to the hospital by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Wiard confirms that deputies are seeking to question Bieber about the matter. Investigators are telling news that anyone with information should contact detectives at (818) 878-1808.
