CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Casey Anthony’s Florida home address and location have been obtained by Zenaida Gonzalez’s attorneys. Last week, the Court ruled the Casey Anthony would have to release her home address location to Gonzalez’s attorneys or agree to have her attorneys accept subpoenas for her. Finally on Monday, Cheney Mason agreed to accept the subpoena to prevent public disclosure of Casey Anthony’s Florida home address, officials confirmed to news.
Casey Anthony allegedly hid from Gonzalez’s attorneys for ten months, Gonzalez’s attorneys tell news. Those attorneys claim that they have been trying to serve Anthony with a subpoena in a defamation for ten months but that Anthony was not accepting service and not disclosing her address.
Now Zenaida Gonzalez’s attorney Matt Morgan says he has found Casey Anthony. Attorney Matt Morgan tells People Magazine that it took his team ten months to get that address.
Morgan tells news that he took a subpoena to Anthony’s house and that Anthony allegedly avoided service of the subpoena. Morgan clams that went on for some time. “Our investigation team had her whereabouts pinned down.. Their backs were against the wall, so her attorneys said they would accept service on her behalf.”
Before being ordered back to Florida to serve probation within the state, Anthony was spotted in northern Ohio by LALATE readers. “Casey Anthony was spotted by me at Handles Ice cream…” wrote an LALATE reader from Youngstown at the time. “I yelled out “Casey” she turned and hurried to a waiting car so the good people of y-town [Youngstown heard it].”
LALATE at the time reportedly that “Anthony is more likely to be staying in northern Ohio, near Canfield, Youngstown or Austintown [than in Columbus].”
By August 2011, Anthony was back in Florida and being visited by “spiritual advisers” at her home, claimed Jose Baez. Unclear what exactly Baez meant by the term “spiritual advisers”, Geraldo pressed Anthony’s attorney for clarification at time. Baez said the “spiritual advisers” are not “therapists”, adding that she is meeting with therapists as well. Baez would not detail if the spiritual advisers or third parties or simply part of his legal team. In a mash of unclear words, Baez said “She has been with close friends of ours that are somewhat of spiritual advisers and people who care and are trying to help her get on with their life.”
