LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Joe Giudice has already gone to jail, and now faces prison time if found guilty of his latest criminal indictment. But is Teresa Giudice turning all that into her own spinoff tv series for Bravo? A peculiar report about Joe Giudice and Teresa Giudice is headlining newsstands this week concerning a possible new book deal and television show for the RHONJ star.
Joe Giudice is currently charged with second-degree wrongful identity use and fourth-degree impersonation. If found guilty of the second degree charge, Giudice faces ten years in prison; the fourth degree charge carries, however, only a possible eighteen month jail term.
In December, Joe Giudice was indicted on criminal charges. In January, reports claimed that the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office a plea deal, but Giudice rejected it. Under the rejected deal, the RHONJ would admit to a guilty conviction and having a prison term capped at five years.
The entire case for Giudice started with a DUI. Following his DUI, his driver’s license was revoked. Then, Giudice was arrested for a driving a car with a suspended license. He went to jail for that matter.
Then, Giudice allegedly took taking his brother’s Pietro Giudice’s marriage and birth certificate to get a fraudulent driver’s license at the Paterson, N.J., claim prosecutors.
A new report, however, claims that if Joe goes to jail, Teresa wants to get a spinoff series as a single mom raising a family with Gia, 11, Gabriella, 6, Milania, 5, and Audriana, 2. Moreover, the show will be supplemented with a purported new memoir book. “She’ll do a book deal, too: My Life Without Joe or something like that” claims US Magazine.
The source added “I don’t know if she’ll actually leave him if he goes to jail. But she knows everyone will see her as a victim and she’ll get her own show.” Bravo and Teresa have yet to comment both the matter.
