Following the recent failure of Kathy, the Kathy Griffin talk show Bravo slotted for Thursday nights, Around the World in 80 Plates debuted last week in twentieth place. The news comes after Bravo used a large marketing effort for the new cooking reality competition.
Around the World in 80 Plates debuted Wednesday as Bravo’s latest cooking program. But the show did not draw well among overall demographics and the key 18-49 group. The show finished twentieth overall, drawing merely eight hundred thousand viewers, officials tell news. The show finished eighteen overall for the night in the key 18-49 demographic, finishing with a mere four hundred thousand viewers.
The night did produce good news for the network, however. Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis has been consistently improving week to week. This week Lewis delivered a promising nearly one million viewers, finishing eighteen overall for the night.
On Thursday, however, the news got worse for other new Bravo series “Kathy”. The show drew a mere six hundred thousand viewers, and only 390,000 viewers in the key 18-49, finishing twelfth overall for the evening.
