LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Suge Knight has not been arrested in the murder of 2Pac. A fake video in 2010 led Tupac fans to believe that Suge Knight had been arrested at the time. Now that same infamous video is prompting confusion yet again. The fake video is as real as Tupac’s hologram.
In 2010, a fake video surfaced online claiming erroneous that Suge Knight had been arrested in the 2Pac shoo0ting murder. That same video is still live today. Entitled “2Pac’s Killer Arrested”, the erroneous video first made news in December 30, 2010. And now, for unexplained the reasons, the video began dominating social networking last night.
The video is a mixture of real life news video clips from Los Angles news companies, cut and pasted together to prompt confusion. The author starts the video with actual news footage from FOX Los Angeles evening news concerning the death of Tupac Shakur. After that, the author put news footage from KTLA Los Angeles’ morning news concerning the arrest of Suge Knight on a matter unrelated to Tupac.
By lining up an unrelated arrest video for Suge behind a video concerning 2Pac’s murder, the author clearly was trying to deceive viewers to believe the two events were related. Yet the news footage was not from the same month and not from the same subject. To date, the video still remains live and has generated over one million views.
Recently, Suge told news “Maybe the question is … Pac’s not really dead … pac’s somewhere else. Nobody seen Tupac dead.” Then Suge added “The person who supposedly cremated Tupac … this guy got about 3 million dollars .. personally from me … cash … and next thing I know I never heard from the guy or seen him again … he retired and left.”
