New York Crane Crashes Today at West 34th Street and 11th

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – A New York crane crash today at West 34th Street and 11th Street has injured three persons. EMS initially told New York news that two people were injured. But shortly before 8 pm EST, officials confirmed the number at least three persons.
The crane crash happened at 7:20 pm today, officials confirm to news. FDNY tells news that the crane crashed during a construction job for the MTA No 7 train extension project.
Witnesses tell news that people were running in terror as two pieces of crane, as long as eighty and forty feet respectively, crashed into the street. Officials report to news that two of three injured persons were contractors on the job site. One person is at Roosevelt Hospital, the other at Bellevue Hospital.
Just days ago, a St Louis crane collapses resulted in one death. The crane crashed during a construction job for the Mississippi River Bridge Project. Andy Gammon was later found dead by search and rescue officials.
Days later, a worker fell off the Throgs Neck Bridge in New York. The man fell roughly one hundred forty feet into the Long Island Sound, slipping off a decking during construction repairs.
