BEVERLY HILLS (LALATE) – What happened to Camille Grammer? Why did Camille Grammer leave Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Camille Grammer has left RHOBH and won’t be returning for a season three, her rep confirms to news today. When viewers tune into the new season, Grammer will be gone; but will Bravo explain the reason for her exit?
Bravo Housewives fans will see a new RHOBH cast for season three after confirmed news that Camille is leaving the show. But as Bravo fans have learned in previous years, housewives are sometimes phased out progressively (like Peggy Tanous) or abruptly cut (like on RHONY). How Bravo will portray Camille’s exit on RHOBH season three remains in question. But why Camille left the show remains a mystery.
After season one, Camille Grammer told news and fans that she was unhappy how she was portrayed as a villain by Bravo. That year, Grammer was voted by readers of one celebrity news magazine as the most hated housewife, ever.
In season two, Camille Grammer was far more likable. Even Andy Cohen during the reunion telecast noted her change in season two. Grammer said that fans were able to see more of her true personality. But throughout the season, Grammer was often perceived as boring. She became quiet after Taylor Armstrong’s late husband threatened to sue her during production.
Grammer’s last on air appearance prior to the reunion was discussing her new boyfriend. In a vague statement to US Magazine, Grammer says “I can’t say too much at this moment, but we couldn’t get it worked out. I love these girls. I really do. I’ve had so much fun with the franchise, but I guess the producers and I couldn’t come to an agreement.”
Unconfirmed news reports claim that Grammer and producers couldn’t agree upon what facets of her life she would show in a possible season three.
One report in January claimed that Camille believed she was going to be cut from the show. And just last week, another report claimed that no housewife had been yet offered a spot in season three.
