LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Real Housewives of Vancouver cast is about to be revealed, Slide tells news. The Real Housewives of Vancouver Season 1 cast (photos below) will be announced by Canadian broadcaster Slice in the coming days, the channel confirmed in a video statement this week. Bravo has yet to confirm if the series will also air for U.S. viewers.

Real Housewives of Vancouver news reports last year claimed that the cast will include Christina Aisenstat, Jody Claman, Reiko Mackenzie, Ronnie Negus, and Mary Zilba. In a recently released video statement, Slice confirmed there will in fact be five cast members. “You know they are coming. You know they are fabulous. But who are the Real Housewives of Vancouver? Be the first to know” says Slice. The channel says it will make the news statement on its Facebook and Twitter page, this spring.

In related news, Real Housewives of Miami is slated to return to Bravo this spring as well. A major behind the scenes overall is expected to revamp the troubled series. The first season was not only plagued by bad cast selection but also production problems. The show, originally shot as Miami Social but renamed Real Housewives of Miami, later featured Bravo allegedly firing the production company which had shot earlier episodes and taking over production shooting for season one. Now for season two, the company that shoots RHOA is set to reportedly shoot Miami.

Also getting a revamp reportedly is Real Housewives of DC. But as previously reported on LALATE, Real Housewives All Stars may also be in development as well.
