Mimi Alford aka Mimi Beardsley Photos Revealed From JFK Mistress Intern Affair

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Mimi Alford aka Mimi Beardsley or Marion Fahnestock (photos below) was JFK’s mistress, an intern affair that Alford detailed to news in 2003. Now Mimi Beardsley Alford will explain what transpired during her alleged affair with John F Kennedy; she has granted an exclusive news interview with Meredith Vieira for a Wednesday night telecast of Rock Center with Brian Williams.

In 2009, LALATE reported that Mimi Alford was set to pen her memoirs about the alleged JFK affair. Now that book “Once Upon a Secret My Affair with President John F. Kennedy and its Aftermath” is set to be published.

But the first details about Mimi Alford’s affair came out in the Daily News in 2003. The newspaper first found the alleged woman to be then Marion Fahnestock. The newspaper claimed she was an employee of Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church. When sought for news comment in 2003, Marion Fahnestock told the Daily News that she did have a “sexual relationship” with Kennedy from June 1962 to November 1963.

In March 2009, LALATE reported that Marion Fahnestock, now Mimi Beardsley Alford, had inked a deal with Random House to publish her book nearly forty years later.

Alford claims the alleged affair lasted eighteen months. The affair was first detailed, however, in another book that claimed the president did have an affair with a young intern named Mimi Beardsley at the same time claimed by Alford.

Until now, Alford has yet to grand a news interview. She is married to Richard Alford, a former sports marketing executive. Susan Mercandetti acquired the book after a twenty page pitch from Alford. She told news a the time “I’ve seen enough to know what an extraordinary heart and soul exists in this book… It’s about a loss of innocence. I was just completely struck by how simple, yet how profound, it was.”

Alford reportedly got seven figures for the book. Alford is represented by Mark Reiter. He told news previously “As she thought about it, she said, ‘This is a story that I’d like to take control of, rather than have somebody else tell my side of it.'” He added “The story has three acts to it: before the White House, during the White House, and then the really powerful part is what happens afterwards.”

In a news statement, NBC says of the telecast “Alford claims the affair lasted 18 months and has written about it in a soon to be released memoir, Once Upon a Secret My Affair with President John F. Kennedy and its Aftermath. In this online exclusive video, Vieira previews her exclusive interview with Alford. Vieira’s full report airs Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 9 pm/8c on NBC.”

Why write a book? Keep it for yourself. You’re nothing changed, a ‘wh re’ stays a ‘wh re’, they do everything for power and money. To feel better..

I’ve read the book. It’s a powerful recollection and analysis about a young 19 year old girl who succumbs to the power and sexual desires of the president of the united states. It’s not a love story; not where the president was concerned. Having read it, I can imagine that it took considerable courage and soul-searching to put into words all that was happening to her and going through her inexperienced mind at the time. Kennedy took advantage of her (and no doubt, many others), but she doesn’t back away from stating her youthful willingness to submit to JFK. Altogether, a very interesting read and that reaches more into the mind of Mimi Beardsley than JFK.
