LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Producer Al Taylor of Private Elevator Productions is back offering a $1 million TV deal to Casey Anthony. In July 2011, LALATE exclusively reported that “Private Elevator Productions” of “Palm Springs, CA”, as listed in his offer, doesn’t exist as a business entity with the California Secretary of State. Today, news reports revealed that “Private Elevator Productions” has retained Florida attorneys to offer Casey Anthony a $1 million deal again. But there is no Private Elevator Productions recognized by the Secretary of State in California, Florida, nor Delaware, LALATE can exclusively report.

In a newly released letter published today on Radar, attorney Spencer Kuvin of the Florida law firm of Cohen and Kuvin renews a $1 million offer to Casey Anthony. In his letter to Cheney Mason, Kuvin actually writes “This firm represents a consortium of well known Hollowood Producers, doing business as Private Elevator Productions.” Mr. Kuvin doesn’t indicate who the, as he calls them “Hollowood Producers”, are. Kuvin doesn’t reveal if the producers are from Hollywood, Florida or Hollywood, California. But he says the are all together “doing business as Private Elevator Productions”.

In July 2011, Private Elevator Productions flashed a “check” across news of its first one million offer to Casey Anthony. At the time, Al Taylor claimed that he had “formed” a “company”. Taylor told news at the time “I have now formed my own independent TV production company named Private Elevator Productions and we are officially making Jose’s law firm an offer on one million dollars for the first interview with your client Casey Anthony.”

A subsequent report by LALATE in 2011 revealed that no such company has been established with the California Secretary of State. The same is still true currently as to California, Delaware, and Florida as well.

Taylor’s name is not mentioned in latest letter about “Hollowood Producers”. In 2011, Taylor claimed he had done freelance work for several TV programs including the Jerry Springer Show. A picture owned by Taylor printed last summer showed him standing alongside Larry King.
