LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Shannon de Lima photos, far before Marc Anthony, dominated Venezuela. Shannon de Lima is out of this world in the eyes of Marc Anthony, but in 2005, Shannon de Lima was Miss Earth Venezuela 2005 runner up. Moreover, LALATE can exclusively report that de Lima has been competing in other beauty pageants and casting auditions since 2005. One year later, she was a walk-in for the Caracas Beach 2006 Fashion Show at the Mall Sambil Caracas.
Far before becoming Marc Anthony’s novia revealed on Twitter, Shannon de Lima (pics below) was in Caracas competing for the Miss Earth Venezuela 2005 competition. de Lima was a first runner up, losing to Alexandra Braun. Unlike de Lima, Braun was able to use her finish to become a sensation, internationally. Last year, she dominated movie theatres with her role in ¨Hasta que la muerte nos separe¨.
One year later, Shannon de Lima was still a walk on for casting auditions. Apparently dramatically different than today’s pictures, De Lima was a walk-on for the Caracas Fashion Beach 2006 auditions. While it remains unclear if she ever got the role, her casting pictures still appear online. De Lima was one of the “two hundred young people present to the casting”; ultimately twenty-four girls were selected for the “models parade” for the Caracas Fashion Beach show.
Yet, this is not the first beauty pageant model to win Marc Anthony’s love. He has two sons Cristian and Ryan from his marriage to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.
Moreover, his son with former girlfriend policewoman Debbie Rosado already approves of de Lima. Chase wrote over the weekend “To all my followers and everybody on twitter follow 2012’s best couple and for many more years to come @MarcAnthony and @Shadelima.”
UB magazine has said of De Lima that she is like an “angel that fell from the sky”. De Lima is also the same age as Lopez’s new boyfriend, Casper Smart, 24. Anthony has told news, however, that he wants Lopez to be happy. He says he is generally always friends with his ex-wives and will be the same with Lopez.
During a 2011 interview with GMA, Anthony said “I think anybody will tell you how I supported her, from day one. I’m really, really happy for her.”
He added “We’re going to be in each other’s lives for many, many, many years, and I’m glad that our friendship is that strong. … What would make it difficult is if we didn’t get along.”
Anthony also told news “Being Puerto Rican, born and raised on the streets of New York, you go, ‘Wow, you’re still friends with your ex, man? Really? That’s weird.’ I don’t play that,” he said.
