Carlos Soria Dead, Wife Susana Freydoz Questioned in Argentina
CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Carlos Soria is dead and his wife Susana Freydoz has been questioned. Argentina’s Rio Negro Gov. Carlos Soria and wife Susana Freydoz were in their bedroom celebrating New Year’s when a 38-caliber revolver was fired. Police responded and found Soria bleeding from a gunshot wound. Now Freydoz has been questioned about the matter.
Julian Goinhex tells news that no cause of death has been determined. Rio Negro Gov. Carlos Soria, 62, just took the position in December 10. His Front for Victory had recently beat out the Radical Party for the province.
Vice-governor, Alberto Weretilneck, will replace Soria next week. Weretilneck confirms to news that no assassination has occurred, that it was a “domestic accident” between a husband and wife alone for New Year’s.
Soria had just recently told news “I’m not afraid of any challenge. This isn’t very difficult, although it is complex. The province belongs to everyone, and we need to take care of it and not seek personal gain from it.” Susana Freydoz has yet to comment to news about the matter.
