Just weeks ago, J. Cole battled other fake reports as well. In fall 2011, false reported surfaced that he had a scandal tape with Rihanna. Rihanna’s rep disputed the allegation, stating “Rihanna is surprised because there is no … tape.” In June, J. Cole made news by becoming Rihanna’s opening act. In July, Rihanna confirmed news that Cole had been upgraded to her official tour opener after the exit of Cee Lo Green.

J. Cole ends 2011 as a successful year. As the first artist signed to Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation, his debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story went to number one on the US Billboard 200, number one on the US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. It has also gone to number twenty-five in England and number four in Canada.

Mega Millions representatives tell news that Tuesday’s win was close to the largest ever in company history. In March 2007, the winnings reached $390 million.

The winner, for now, hasn’t come forward. They will get roughly $151.9 million after taxes. The winning numbers were: 23, 32, 33, 39 and 43, and the “Mega Ball” number was 8.

Mega Millions is sold in forty two states. Earlier this year, one person won $319 million. That Mega Millions winning ticket was sold at Coulson’s News Center, says store clerk Steve Gallucci told news at the time.

In January, Holly Lahti of Rathdrum, Idaho made news after she won half of the $380 million Mega Millions lottery jackpot. Holly Lahti, confirmed officials, shared the record lottery amount with Jim and Carolyn McCullar. Shortly after news of her win was released, Lottery Director Jeff Anderson told press that Lahti asked that her age, hometown, and place that she bought her ticket not be released to news. “She requested that the media respect their privacy and do not try to communicate with it until you are ready to talk with you, ” said Anderson. But shortly thereafter all such details were obtained by local news.

Sinead claims she filed for divorce because her husband was unhappy, not her. “And also by a bit of a wild ride I took us on looking for a bit of a smoke of weed for me wedding night as I don’t drink,” she wrote. “My husband was enormously wounded and very badly affected by that experience and also by the attitude of those close to him toward our marriage.”

A second terremoto hoy stuck with a 3.1 magnitude, Red Sismica reports to news. The quake was only eight miles below the earth’s surface. As a result it was felt across a wide region. The quake, striking shortly before 2 am today, was only sixty-five miles from San Juan. It was centered north of San Juan, Suarez, and Loiza. No reports of damage have been reported by local news.

Finally, Red Sismica reports news of a third terremoto today in the same region. This quake, like the first, struck with a substantial depth, thirty-four miles below the earth’s surface. The quake was roughly one hundred-sixty miles west of San Juan, USGS reports to news. The quake was forty-eight miles from El Seybo. It was also northeast of Higuey and La Romana.

Terremotos in this region are not rare. But the occurrence of three temblors, of comparable magnitude, within hours of each other is not normal for Puerto Rico.
