Miley Cyrus Not Hospitalized For Tachycardia

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Miley Cyrus is not hospitalized for tachycardia. A false Miley Cyrus report today claimed that the singer was in the hospital for the condition and that followers should “#prayformiley”. Kelly Osbourne quickly went on the offensive to squash the reports.
In her book Miles to Go, Cyrus previously opened up about tachycardia. In 2009, Cyrus wrote “There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart.†Today however was not that day. A “fan” of Cyrus tweeted that Cyrus was hospitalized for the condition prompting frantic reactions Wednesday. Later that “fan” retracted the false report.
Osbourne told news “You Miley fans need to stop this your being ridiculous she has not had a heart attack! Please stop being so aggressive!â€
The Mayo Clinic says of the condition “A normal adult heart beats between 60 and 100 times a minute. A heart rate over 100 beats a minute is called tachycardia. Some tachycardias are relatively harmless and need no treatment”. It adds “A specific diagnosis is necessary before finding the right treatment for your tachycardia.â€
