LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Jeremiah Brent Rachel Zoe fallout continues, prompting many to wonder if the Rachel Zoe Project has fallen out of fashion this season. The handling of Jeremiah Brent’s “firing”, the treatment of Jeremiah’s work on Zoe’s house, and the bizarre “management” meeting by Rodger Berman have all enraged Bravo viewers. While this season was suppose to be focused on Zoe’s new child and a new high-end label, it’s turned into a epic “firing” fallout, causing many to wonder if Zoe’s show can ever rebound.

The Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman treatment of Jeremiah Brent, especially designing their home and then “firing” him, fails to compare to anything in Bravo reality TV programming. It would be as if Gage Edward came in and fired Jenni Pulos on Flipping Out. While Gage Edward enraged fans of the Jeff Lewis show just weeks ago, even Gage’s conduct is nothing like Rodger Berman’s this season.

Last season with Jeff Lewis, most fans were critical of Bravo’s decision to lower Pulos’ on-screen airtime and increase Gage Edward, who is probably the most boring personality on Bravo currently. One viewer wrote of Gage last season “Even Zoila got it right and told Gage he was the ’silent enemy’. Gage toils behind the scenes to get someone fired, then when Lewis fires them, Gage acts like he doesn’t know why or what. Sneaky and two faced.”

While Gage was repeatedly called “two faced” by Bravo viewers last season, Berman is being called far harsher words this season on the Rachel Zoe Project. A quick perusal of Bravotv.com shows how bad it’s been for Zoe and Berman.

In the week of October 12, Berman, Zoe, and Brent all posted one blog post to BravoTV.com. Zoe and her husband failed to generate more than seventeen comment each. Brent has generated sixty-six comments, more than every other cast member combined.

Of the comments posted this season, the vast majority featuresd viewers enraged about the Brent “firing”. And a large section of viewers are telling Bravo they are leaving the Zoe and Co show for good. “I’ve always enjoyed the show (can just tolerate Rodger’s whining) but it’s time to rethink what I do with my “me time” ” wrote one viewer.

After Flipping Out’s last season, many viewers suggested that, because of Gage Edward, they “may” not return to watch the show next season. As to Zoe, however, many viewers are indicating to Bravo, that when the season is done, so is their patronage.

In comments to Berman, one viewer writes “I am losing interest in the show big time. I will definitely stop watching the show once Jeremiah is really gone.” Another adds “Good luck with the show because you’ve lost me as a viewer.” One viewer even states “Bravo give Jeremiah his own show and get rid of Rachael’s.” Another adds “As soon as your airtime is done, I’ll stop watching [the Rachel Zoe Project] altogether.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Kim Richards’ boyfriend gets revealed on RHOBH next week. Is Kim Richards’ boyfriend still Todd Voisine aka Todd Jason Voisine of Maine (photos below) or does Kim have a new boyfriend? Viewers were lead to believe that Kim Richards was single and wasn’t dating anyone last season on RHOBH. But Kim is now going “public” with a secret boyfriend, Bravo tells fans and news. But the shocker is that Kim’s new boyfriend is not Todd but “Ken”.

Last season, Kim Richards suggested to fans that she was not lonely, but did want a boyfriend. But has she had a boyfriend all along? In 2010, Kim Richards had several BRAVO scenes in which her fellow Housewives tried to match her up with a date. Kim during one encounter sobbed “I’m not lonely”. But was Kim not lonely because she actually had a secret boyfriend?

To promote next week’s episode, Bravo features Kim at a table with a man. “Kim goes public” says the Bravo announcer. Richards remarks “I’m not keeping this a secret anymore.” What’s Kim’s secret? The man affectionately touches Kim and remarks “our love for each other with transcend.” Kim responds “you haven’t met my sisters yet.”

IMDB claims “Richards current boyfriend, Maine entrepreneur Todd Jason Voisine, has been instrumental in Richards’ “comeback career” as she has begun appearing in public more frequently of late. They met in 2009.” Todd Voisine as of 2009 was owner of Mid-Maine Powersports aka Central Main Powersports, LALATE can exclusively report.  LALATE can also report that Voisine is 41 years old. As of 2009, he was resident of Sabattus, Maine, and a single father of a teenage son. As of 2009, he was also owner of Mid-Maine Powersports aka Central Main Powersports.

Bravo and Richards have yet to confirm the “secret” boyfriend’s name. The big reveal is next Monday on Bravo.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The upcoming Lindsay Lohan Playboy photos may not help the embattled actress’ film and music careers. The Lindsay Lohan Playboy pics are slated for the January 2012 issue. Lohan is reportedly posing for the Playboy pictures at an undisclosed Beverly Hills residential location this week. But for Lohan, the pictures may not help jump-start her career.

Lohan’s music and film careers have faltered in recent years. For music fans, Lohan hasn’t done much since 2004. That year, Lohan delivered her next to last hit single, “Rumors”, a hard-beating dance track that went gold in the U.S. and Australia. While failing to chart in the U.S., the track was well received in nightclubs especially across Europe.

Since 2008, Lohan has failed to further her music career. For the 2008 single “Bossy”, Lohan was able to ink Ne-Yo and Stargate. The single with no core distribution failed to generate much internationally but did go to number one in the United States.

At the time, LALATE reported Lohan’s assurances about the single. She had told news that that the single was off an upcoming album that would be hip hop plus dance, similar to Rihanna. The album however never happened.

Lohan’s film and TV careers have faltered as well. Despite a small role in Machete last year, her previous project Labor Pains was released only for ABC Family. Lindsay Lohan’s last notable TV appearance was a four episode arch for Ugly Betty more than three years ago.

Through much of the decade, Lohan turned away offers to appear in reality television. The medium allowed others to build merchandising empires. But Lohan assured critics she wanted to prove herself to be a talented actress, not a reality tv star. But in years that followed, Lohan secured a series of product line endorsements much like any reality show star today.

In recent years, beyond her court appearances, Lohan’s real attention has come from the modeling and fashion industries. Lohan has vowed to no longer pose unclothed in Marilyn Monroe like pictures, only to do the same thereafter. The theme for the Playboy pictures has yet to be released. But fans should not be surprised if Lohan once again re-creates a Marilyn Monroe shoot. She did the same in 2008 and then a year later internationally.

And yet, Lohan’s attempt to mirror Monroe has been short of nothing but makeup and wigs. Lohan previously told news “It took time for Marilyn to be taken seriously as an actress.” But ironically Lohan had generated the accolades of her industry years ago only to prompt concerns by her recent behavior.

Lohan said Monroe “risked everything and broke her contract with FOX Studios, demanded more money, approval of directors, better scripts, more respect ,and formed Marilyn Monroe Productions. That was really empowering for a woman in the ‘50s. Marilyn was not a victim. She took control. And we remember her, 50 years later, for her “great films.” “  But Lohan hasn’t generated anything memorable in her film career since her 2007 Teen Choice nomination for Georgia Rule. Mean Girls was seven years ago.

So why is Lohan posing for Playboy? She complained that the press doesn’t let actors be treated as actors. How will Playboy help that? “The tabloids don’t give you a chance. They don’t want to know who you are inside. If everything’s OK with you, who wants to hear about it? I believe in myself and I’m a good actress.”

In the end, Lohan believes that the news is responsible for portraying her the “wrong” way. It remains unclear what is the “right” way for Lohan.  “So all the tabloids, just like Marilyn, keep harping on my mistakes.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Anneka Di Lorenzo aka Anneka Vastas (photos below), the 1975 Penthouse Pet of the Year and star of Caligula, has been found dead. Anneka Di Lorenzo pictures dominated Penthouse in 1975. But for the next four years, Anneka Di Lorenzo also dominated paparazzi pictures for her public relationship with magazine publisher Bob Guccione. Now investigators tell news that they need help in solving her death. In January, Di Lorenzo washed up dead near Camp Pendleton in San Diego.

Anneka Vastas turned heads in 1975 appearing in the magazine’s pictures. For four years, she and Guccione remained closed, claims reports. Then in 1979, he cast Anneka as the lead in his film Caligula. In later years, Anneka Vastas became a nursing assistant. She raised a daughter and live in Los Angeles.

But for reasons still unknown, Anneka Vastas, 58, washed up on restricted beaches near Camp Pendleton on January 4, 2011. Now after months of work, investigators are turning to the public for clues. The case has originally been assigned to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. Her body was found by a jogger.

Investigators tell news that Anneka Di Lorenzo’s car was found parked near a scenic overlook off Interstate 5. Her car was parked near sixty foot bluffs, but her body was found on the beach nearly a mile south. Police believe she drowned but don’t know if it was a homicide or suicide.

Special Agent Rachel McGranaghan tells Signs on San Diego “The main unanswered question that we have is how she got from her vehicle to the water. We know her life ended in the water, in some circumstance, we just don’t know how.”

Friend Susan Thoreson tells news that Anneka would get paranoid. “When Anneka got paranoid, she would run away. It was that fear or flight stuff.” Anneka was last seen heading to the area on January 2.

She took her maroon 2001 Mazda 626 down the coast. She got a room at the Motel 6 on Raintree Drive. But investigators claim she never enter the room.

Did she commit suicide? “I think Anneka did make suicidal gestures to herself” Thoreson said. “But I think something happened either before or after that. I think something happened when Anneka couldn’t maybe fend for herself.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – In August, Tara Reid confirmed to news that Zachary Kehayov aka Zack Kehayov (photos below), not Michael Lillelund, is her new husband. Reid now admits that Zachary Kehayov wasn’t her husband either. The confusion follows weeks of reports from Reid herself about a faux Greek wedding.

In January Tara Reid told news she was anxious to marry Michael Lillelund. Then in August, Reid confirmed that she was married. “Love in Greece, I am now a wife…. Just got married in Greece, I love being a wife!” When fans congratulated her and Michael, Michael said he was no longer with the actress.

After fans thought she married Michael, Lillelund told news that he and Tara broke up in February. “If she has married, then she hasn’t married me, that’s for sure.” Reid later told news that she married someone else, Zack Kehayov, in Greece. “His name is Zack Kehayov.”

But on Monday, Reid told TMZ that she is not married to Zack Kehayov either. Both are U.S. residents. But Reid tells news that the Greek “wedding” was nothing more than an informal ceremony and that she Zack is not her husband.

In August, LALATE exclusively reported that Zack has worked as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the Washington D.C. metro area. Records reveal a previous, or current, listing as a “BA at Deloitte Consulting in Financial Services”. Reid met Zack in Saint-Tropez, in November. The two have yet to confirm if they are even still together.
