LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Sunday Moyo donkey defense has a judge kicking mad. Sunday Moyo’s donkey arrest started bizarre. But by the time Mr. Moyo got to court, the case got even more outlandish.

Sunday Moyo is 28 year old Zimbabwean man who enjoys the nightlife, and so he claims, the women of the night. Last Sunday, Mr. Moyo went to local hot spot called the Down Town nightclub. It remains if Mr. Moyo was drinking, and if so how much. But later in the evening, Mr. Moyo changed his focus, dramatically.

During the evening, Sunday Moyo claims he decided to hire a working woman. Mr. Moyo claims he paid someone $20 for the woman’s service. It remains unclear who Mr. Moyo actually paid. But by the end of the evening, Mr. Moyo was arrested. No, Mr. Moyo was not arrested for procuring relations with a female for twenty dollars, rather for procuring relations with a donkey for twenty dollars.

According to the New Zimbabwe newspaper, Mr. Moyo claims he didn’t realize his woman was actually a donkey until police told him. He told the Court “Your worship, I only came to know that I was being intimate with a donkey when I got arrested”.

Was he drinking? Mr. Moyo claims “I had hired a [woman] and paid US$20 for the service at Down Town night club and I don’t know how she then became a donkey.”

When the judge asked Mr. Moyo had he wish to plead to the charges, Mr. Moyo took the case to another different level. He told the Court he was not sure because “I think I am also a donkey.” He then proceed to tell the court that he is in love with the donkey and wishes to reunite with the animal, and runaway to start a family. Moyo was charged and put under psychiatrist evaluation, very quickly, by the Court.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The definition of Tebowing is battling for 2011 Word of the Year recognition. Tebowing’s definition is not in any dictionary (yet). But neither was refudiate a year ago this time. But on November 15, 2010, the Oxford American Dictionary named “refudiate” word of the year. Now fans are calling for Tebowing to become 2011 Word of the Year as well.

What is Tebowing? Until the definition is formally recognized in a dictionary, we must rely on the next best source: Tumblr. Tumblr, Fox News, and yes even NFL.com News today are detailing their own interpretation of the word. “A person can ‘Tebow’ by kneeling down, putting their elbow on their knee, and their forehead on their fist” reports Fox News. In fact, Fox gives viewers a five-part step how to engage in Tebowing. “1) Kneel anywhere. 2) Put your elbow on your knee. 3) Put your fist or forearm on your forehead. 4) Have someone take your photo. 5) Post the photo on the Internet.” It remains unclear if part five is really necessary. But it came into the mix after a website Tebowing.com (a tumblr page) ignited the craze.

And of course, the term cannot be recognized by the football industry until NFL.com news acknowledges the words as well. NFL News reports “our favorites right now are Hot Chick Tebowing [and] Beatles Tebowing”.

For many fans, the path to word recognition is not an easy one. But Sarah Palin’s refudiate might give the guidance. In 2010, “refudiate” was honored in two different moments.

First, the Global Language Monitor Survey named “refudiate” one of the top words or expressions of 2010. Included with “refudiate” was vuvuzela, spillcam, Chilean coal miners, Tea Party, Lady Gaga, and Jersey Shore.

Second, “refudiate” was named 2010 Word of the Year by the New Oxford American Dictionary. The organization issued the following statement to news on November 15 last year. “From a strictly lexical interpretation of the different contexts in which Palin has used ‘refudiate,’ we have concluded that neither ‘refute’ nor ‘repudiate’ seems consistently precise, and that ‘refudiate’ more or less stands on its own, suggesting a general sense of ‘reject.’”

So how does Tebowing.com define the word? The verb’s definition according to the website is “to get down on a knee and start praying, even if everyone else around you is doing something completely different.”

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Levy Itzhak Rosenbaum sold human kidneys on the black market for $160,000 each, claim New York Police. Levy Itzhak Rosenbaum, 60, allegedly sold kidneys and even kidney transplant procedures, prosecutors assert. Where did the kidneys come from? Police claim the human kidneys were obtained by Rosenbaum from Israel for $10,000 each and then resold  to U.S. residents for a massive profit of nearly $160,000.

Rosenbaum today is making news for become the first person ever charged with alleged sale of human body parts. Investigators reveal to news today that Rosenbaum was allegedly well known on the black market as the person with ties to kidney donors.

The operation was aided by a surveillance tape, an FBI agent, an undercover operation, and detailed sting operation. On the tapes, Rosenbaum allegedly bragged about his kidney contacts stating “I am what you call a matchmaker . . . I bring a guy what I believe, he’s suitable for your uncle.”

Police believe Rosenbaum made in excess of a half million dollars from his operation. Officials have yet to rule if they will deport Rosenbaum, a citizen of Israel.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The death of Anneka di Lorenzo (photos below), and her final visit to a local Motel 6, is prompting confusion for investigators. Did Anneka di Lorenzo kill herself or was she the victim of a suicide? Local investigators still have no clues. They tell local news this week that the public might be able to help solve the mysterious death.

Actress Anneka di Lorenzo was found dead in January 2011. But since then, investigators have traced her final moments from Los Angeles, to a Carlsbad Motel, to a San Diego beach. Di Lorenzo was found on federal land, on a restricted section of beach at Camp Pendleton. So the Navy Criminal Investigative Service was initially dispatched to solve the case. But now, after nearly a year, the Navy is turning to the public to help solve the mystery.

Pictures of Anneka Di Lorenzo (aka Anneka Vasta or Marjorie Thoreson) first made news in the 1970s. In 1975, Penthouse published photos of Anneka Di Lorenzo as its Pet of the Year. For the next four years, Di Lorenzo pictures dominated paparazzi pages, during a longstanding relationship with publisher Bob Guccione.

In 1979, Guccione cast Anneka in his cult classic film Caligula. The two eventually split. She later had a daughter and became a nursing assistant. She lived in Los Angeles.

But in 1990, Anneka won a $4 million judgment against Bob Guccione. At the time, it was one of the largest workplace harassment judgments ever. The figure was based upon the court’s ruling that Guccione had allegedly conducted “slavery” of di Lorenzo. The court ruled that, because the publisher was worth upwards of $200 million, the judgment was justified.

Acting Justice Elliott Wilk ruled “After considering the nature of the offense and the enormous wealth of the defendants, it would be inappropriate to assess punitive damages that are not significant.” The judge added “Only a substantial award will have the effect of punishing the defendants and vindicating the rights of the community.”

The Court found that her “slavery was not a part of her job description” and that the defendant “forced her to safeguard her employment by sacrificing her body….In doing so she surrendered one of the most private and intimate aspects of her personal liberty.”

For reasons unknown, however, Anneka di Lorenzo left Los Angeles on January 2. She drove her Mazda to a Motel 6 near Carlsbad. She reportedly never entered her room. When investigators found her, she was dead on a beach with a broken neck and back.

Her car was found parked on I-5 alongside beach bluffs. Inside her car was found a bloody steak knife. Nearby, Anneka di Lorenzo was found dead on a restricted section of beach. Her body was covered with knife wounds to her chest and wrists. Investigators, however, ruled that those injuries would not have caused her death.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – For NeNe Leakes and alleged boyfriend John Kolaj of Famous Famiglia Pizza (photos below), it’s amore, claims a new report. NeNe Leakes and John Kolaj are dating, in love and getting serious, reports Media Take Out Thursday. The report claims that NeNe and J.K. will even appear together on the new season of Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Famous Famiglia is the result of a dream by a mother in the 1970s. “Having made a promise to her husband that their children would have an opportunity at the American Dream, Mamma Rosa arrived in New York City with her daughter and four sons in the spring of 1970″ claims the company. Rosa arrived with five children in New York that year.

Sixteen years later, the family opened its first store. “And, by the summer of 1986, we opened our own pizzeria, Famous Famiglia, in the heart of New York City!” Today their stores across the U.S., Mexico, Asia and Europe. John Kolaj is the company’s Co-Founder and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Kolaj reportedly met NeNe after she decided to open a franchise, claims the report. The two are reportedly dating and in love. NeNe and J.K. have yet to comment on the news.
