A quick perusal of the alleged Amber Cole twitter account reveals, that between Thursday and Friday, Cole has allegedly switched from advocating against teen bullying and calling for the arrests of two boys to now expressing her love for both of them and apologizing to them?

The Amber Cole video scandal has become perhaps the most peculiar case of teen bullying in two years. The scandal that erupted online was detailed allegedly, step by step, by Cole herself. Through her Twitter account, Cole detailed the pain victims go through when subjected to teen bullying. But by Friday, a scandal that already fascinated a nation by its peculiar twists, took an even stranger turn.

Assuming the Twitter account is in fact the real Amber Cole, she has provided an almost hourly narrative of how the video scandal changed her life. But Friday, it all changed.

Who is Amber Cole? Cole is a reported 14 year old female. Days ago, a video was illegally recorded of Cole allegedly engaging in relations with her believed boyfriend in public. The video, allegedly shot without Cole’s permission or knowledge, was then uploaded online. Cole was shocked and horrified. Immediately, she became an internet sensation, as videos of solidarity were posted online with fans telling Cole to fight back against bullying. The solidarity videos were watched by hundreds of thousands of viewers.

Supporters and Cole asserted that she was a victim of bullying. They claimed that the boy(s) who allegedly recorded the video without her knowledge and then posted it online were bullies.

On October 17, Cole allegedly set up a new Twitter account to give updates to fans about her handling with the trouble. Cole initially expressed her sorrow about the situation. But soon she told fans and news that she was stronger because of their support. “Thanks to everybody who is not making fun of me. I promise I will never make that mistake again…Feeling a little better now, thanks guys” she told fans on October 17.

Soon Cole battle false death reports. Later that day, people began posting reports that Amber Cole died. The remarks followed a tweet in which she stated “I hate living”. Cole later told fans she was not dead, and that she would never kill herself. But she added “I just wish I could go back in time.”

On October 18, Cole became a national phenomenon. She began to use her case to rally teens against teen bullying. “Please help me get #TeamAmberCole trending to raise awareness of cyber bullying.” She advocated to others that bullying is “unfair and mean … [It] bullying must stop.” Hoping to raise a movement against bullying awareness, Cole urged that others to stand up against bullies. “Today should be the last day anyone is bullied.” Her Twitter account suddenly within two days had attracted over thirty-thousand followers.

Suddenly, the Amber Cole video story took a dramatic turn. Late on the 18th, Cole told followers “I will be pressing charges on the 3 boys who were there.” By evening, she was repeatedly posting the Twitter accounts of two teen boys stating “I will never trust [you] … again”, “[you] will be serving [time]“.

She began to then reference the two teen boys by first name. “Word around [is] they got …. [first boy] I hope they get [second boy]… [first boy] was just arrested earlier and is having charges being pressed against him and has a court date soon” Cole told supporters. On Thursday, Cole seemed to allegedly imply the two boys were arrested.

And then, something unexpected happened.

On Friday, Cole allegedly told the tow boys that she loves them both and wants them back in her life. “So what if [first boy] exposed me. It doesn’t change my feeling towards him. I love him with everything and will always be here for him.” She added “I miss him” adding “I love you both … you both will forever be in my heart. ” She added “I just want these 2 boys in my life and I’m good.” Reaction has since been mixed to the latest development.
