ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Dr. Kimberly Quinlan Lindsey (photos below) has posted her $20,000 bond; Lindsey was released last night after being arrested on a bestiality charge over the weekend. Officials claim that Dr. Kimberly Quinlan Lindsey, a top official with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta), engaged in relations with an animal.
Also arrested with her was Thomas Joseph Westerman, her reported boyfriend. He plus Lindsey face two additional counts of alleged acts against a six year old boy confirm DeKalb County Magistrate Court officials to news.
Neither have yet commented publicly about the matter to news. They appeared in court last Sunday. They both have a preliminary hearing on December 1. Lindsey is a deputy director for the Laboratory Science Policy and Practice Program Office at the CDC in Atlanta.
Westerman was watch officer at the same CDC facility from November 2009 to November 2010. He was promoted just this summer to resource management specialist.
Police claim the alleged acts against the boy and the animal occurred between January 1, 2010, and August 22, 2011. DeKalb County Magistrate Court calls all alleged acts charged as “immoral and indecent”. The CDC has yet to comment about the matter.
