LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush were back together again Saturday despite Kardashian’s dispute over Melissa Molinaro. Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush dined Saturday, rekindling a previous romance, claims insiders, despite Kardashian’s legal dispute against Molinaro’s employer.

In February, Melissa Molinaro made news using typical Kardashian moves and gestures in a video campaign for Old Navy. Molinaro did not initially admit the campaign was suggestive of Kardashian. But later both her and Old Navy admitted the ironic similarities.

In the weeks that followed, Kardashian (then single) reportedly was furious when Molinaro was spotted dating Reggie Bush. In advance of her deal with Sears, Kardashian filed suit against Old Navy (not Molinaro). At issue was the Molinaro Old Navy commercial called “Super Cute”.

Kardashian’s complaint claimed “Celebrities have the exclusive right to control the use of their likeness and identity, and to choose the products they endorse”. Kim added “I’ve worked hard to support the products I’m personally involved with and that I believe in.”

Since Kardashian’s split with Reggie, Bush had substantial changes in his career. Bush was traded to the Dolphins, but with a drop of his salary. Bush was set to earn a base salary of $11.8 million for his final season of his rookie contract at the Saints. But Bush agreed to be traded to the Dolphins with a new contract. Miami will pay him instead $9.7 million in two years, with $5 million this year. Yet based upon his performance this month, Bush is clearly excelling well with the Dolphins. Kardashian and Bush reportedly dined together Saturday in New York.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – When Joseph Baena photos first surfaced of the Arnold Schwarzenegger love child with Mildred Patricia Baena, reporters noted the similarity between Joseph and Arnold from “Conan the Barbarian”. Since then, Mildred Patricia Baena has allegedly fumed that her ex husband profited on the love child scandal, while Baena herself inked an exclusive interview to a British tabloid.

Now another debate is surfacing after Mildred Patricia Baena posed with her son Joseph for Halloween pictures. In the pictures, Mildred proudly shows off Joseph Baena dressed in an unlikely costume: an Arnold Schwarzenegger Conan Barbarian outfit.

Rogelio de Jesus Baena, Mildred’s husband at the time of Joseph’s birth, previously said of Schwarzenegger “He guilty. He guilty he betray” Rogelio told the news program. “I am angry you Arnold and Mildred betray you.” On the love child’s birth certificate, Mildred Patricia Baena’s name is listed as the mother (but as “Mildred Patricia Peña”). The child’s father was listed as “Rogelio de Jesus Baena”.

Over allegedly a thirty year period, Schwarzenegger reportedly paid Mildred Patricia Baena $1200 a week.

Earlier this year, Jackie Rozo, daughter of Mildred ‘Patty’ Baena, told news that she, too, didn’t know that her step-brother was Arnold’s son. She, like others, reportedly learned of the paternity when the news first hit. But Rozo adds “It doesn’t matter what any newspaper says… I know my mom, and her friends and her family, we all know her.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Kim Kardashian divorce from Kris Humphries follows a Kardashian – Reggie Bush reunion last weekend. Are Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush getting back together? Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush were together Saturday afternoon, claims a new report. Kardashian will divorce Kris Humphries this morning, a second report claims.

First, an exclusive report in MediaTakeOut claims that Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush met up last weekend. Their meetup was not private, however. While no pictures were taking of Kim and Reggie together, they made a public appearance at NYC restaurant Bar Massa.

Who initiated the meeting? The website claims that Kardashian sought out Bush for the meeting. The two reportedly dined in a private booth but allowed their appearance to be public enough for others to view. Humphries was nowhere around, back at home in Minnesota.

Are Kim and Reggie getting back together? Sources inside the Bar Massa would not detail the dynamic between the two. But both appeared very “excited” and happy to be with one another, together on Saturday afternoon.

Second, TMZ is reporting that Kardashian will divorce Kris Humphries Monday morning. The divorce lists their date of separation as October 31, 2011 (today). Kardashian has hired divorce attorney Laura Wasser, claims the site.

Bravo producers have yet to comment about the decision to put Richards on screen while she suffered medical problems. But Richards told news this weekend more about what was going on behind the scenes.

During the episode, Richards tells sister Kim that she has been battling anxiety and sleep deprivation. Kim says during the episode to Kyle “I’m having horrible panic attacks. I haven’t eaten, I haven’t slept in seven days … I went to doctor today. I’m losing my balance… I can’t hear.”

But on Saturday, Kim Richards told fans and news that she was on new medication that made her (as she calls it) “groggy”. “I told the others that night, that I had just left my doctors for treatment of my anxiety and panic disorder. I have suffered from this for many years.”

Richards says that “They knew he had given me medication for it.” It remains unclear who the “they” includes.  “I found myself groggy, as this was a medication I had never taken before. That is why I was carrying my coffee with me. I should have gone home to lay down. Instead I went to shoot RHOBH. My doctors have been trying to determine which medication is right for me. “

Did all the Housewives know about the medication ahead of time? Taylor says during the episode “Kim seemed scattered but to me she always looks scattered.” Brandi calls Richards “wasted”. And the previous episode, Adrienne Maloof’s husband said Kim was acting weird.

When Kim arrives at a dinner party, she knocks on the front door, looks down, and says “oh, look at the pretty flowers”. The Bravo camera pans down and shows half dead plants at the front door.

Did Bravo know that Richards was battling anxiety and panic disorder, and on medication, during taping? Bravo producers and Andy Cohen have yet comment about the decision to include Richards on-air while she was “groggy” because of the medication.

As to alcohol, Richards tells fans “I have discussed openly my issues with alcohol. As many of you know, sobriety is a lifetime process, a process that is a priority in my life right now. I am grateful for the love and support of my children, family and dear friends.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – When the Lindsay Lohan Playboy pictures debut this December 2011, the photos were be a stark contrast to everything Lohan has projected about herself to date. Lindsay Lohan Playboy photos have been the subject of debate since 2004. At the time, news asked Lohan if reports of offers from Playboy were correct. Now nearly eight years later, and after countless denials of appearing in the publication, Lohan has finally agreed to do Playboy pictures.

But why? The reason behind Lindsay Lohan’s Playboy photos remains as much a mystery as the photo shoot itself. Throughout much of her career, Lohan has not only declined Playboy photo spreads but also been vocal about how such a pictures spread would hurt her career. Her previous statements to news are in contrast to her decision to do the photo shoot now.

The irony doesn’t end there. Lohan has appeared previously unclothed in 2008 for New York Magazine. After appearing in that spread as Marilyn Monroe, Lohan told news she would never do it again, nor appear as Monroe ever again in a magazine. Months later, Lohan (clothed) appeared as Monroe for another publication.

So why is Lohan posing for Playboy pictures now? On December 20, 2004, Lohan told news “I’m not doing Playboy, no. Never. They contacted my publicist and they asked if I would do their 20 questions spread, which is not an … [unclothed] photo that they do with it. It’s a regular photo. But I do have a Disney movie coming out and a young fan base and I’m not interested in doing Playboy right now in my life.”

Is the lack of a Disney movie the reason why Lohan has changed her mind? In fact, Lohan has virtually no film nor music projects confirmed, hence causing no conflict with studio interests.

And yet Lohan has often told news about her interest in Playboy, just not appearing in its pages. “I have this Playboy book called ‘Redheads’, and I was reading all these things about how redheads are more passionate and apparently they’re much more [active] than girls with other hair colors. I think I’m more [active] than my friends. More comfortable in my skin. I’m a[n active] person, definitely.”

Lohan film salaries have dried up. Her last major paycheck was Georgia Rule for $7.5 million. She got paid the same for Just My Luck the year before. Lohan has improved her salary base from $550,000 in Freak Friday in 2003 following her success (and one million dollar paycheck) in Mean Girls in 2004.

Many insiders believe Lohan is doing Playboy more for the money than to help her career. Lohan’s music career is essential dead at the moment, her film career is floundering. But the biggest problem for Lohan has been the appearance of being a mess-up, not an actor. Lohan has previously told news that her image is perhaps the most embattled part of her career. “I want to act like a woman rather than a teenager. I am doing the best I can. It was hard surrendering and having people tell me what to do. It was really humbling for me, but I liked how I was treated as a normal person.”
