LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – When Brittney Jones photos and text messages surfaced last year, they began the Ashton Kutcher – Demi Moore alleged marital troubles, claimed reports. Brittney Jones – through pictures, text messages, a scandalous tape, and even a sweater – continued to assert that she was Ashton Kutcher’s first alleged mistress. At the time, Kutcher and Demi Moore were in the fifth year of their marriage.
Now, the couple are battling reports that Kutcher had at least three mistresses during their six year marriage. The question, however, is if and when did the couple separate. One new report published in the STAR today claims that the couple split before last weekend. The publication also asserts that last weekend Kutcher was intimate with another female in Southern California. Sister publication Radar Online claims that there is yet an alleged third mistress; the website has yet to indicate when that alleged third women claims to have bed Kutcher during his marriage to Moore.

The couple have yet to comment about the latest rounds of mistresses, affairs, splits, and as the STAR claims, a “$290 million divorce”. Last year, Kutcher called Brittney Jones a liar and said STAR which published her allegations was fabricating a story to sell newspapers.
In 2010, Kutcher said of STAR’s Brittney Jones story “I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees”.
Kutcher also called assertions that he bed Jones “fiction”. The comedy actor in a news statement at the time said that “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.”

In 2010, multiple celebrities in Southern California battled allegations of adultery. David Beckham took a different publication to court over allegations that he had an affair. In 2010, Beckham sued In Touch magazine over an article about Irma Nici. The court ultimately ruled that the Beckham failed to prove that the article was published with malice. Judge Manuel L. Real ruled that In Touch did not act with malice. In Touch asserted that Beckham’s denial of the story alone was not sufficient to find liability. “Notwithstanding Mr. Beckham’s denial, the magazine did not doubt and had no reason to doubt their multiple sources.”
The same year, a Los Angeles Superior Court had to determine where the film “Bananas” defamed the Dole Food Company. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ralph W. Dau believed the film was an exercise of free speech.
In September 2010, news of the Brittney Jones’ allegations surfaced. Jones claimed she met Kutcher when Demi was present and that he slipped her his number on a napkin. Jones claims the napkin lead to suggestive texting which finally to alleged relations on Kutcher and Demi Moore’s sofa.

The reaction by Moore and Kutcher to the Jones story even prompted PEOPLE to write at the time “As Ashton, 32, is accused of cheating, the star [Demi Moore], 47, tweets her bikini shots and enjoys late nights out. Can their five year union stand the strain?”
Brittney told news in 2010 that Kutcher allegedly was “very considerate and sweet. And it was very special to me. I felt totally comfortable in his arms. It was tender and nice–not some random s- act.” Ashton’s alleged text messages to Brittney Jones included her allegedly asking “When’s the next time you’re gonna have an empty house” and him allegedly responding “Not sure maybe the end of the month.”
