LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Omaima Aree Nelson (photos below) is in jail for eating her husband. If Omaima Aree Nelson is released free, she poses a risk to the public, prosecutors assert. The Orange County District Attorney’s office is not detailing what risk Omaima Aree Nelson poses to Southern California residents if she is set free. But the last time the former model lived in Southern California, she feasted on her husband’s ribs with a side of BBQ sauce, a jury previously found. She also confessed “Nothing tastes as good as the man I married.” Nelson is single, looking for love, and wants to be back in Southern California, free to dine wherever she wishes.

To date, eighty pounds of Omaima Aree Nelson’s husband remains missing. After Omaima Aree Nelson murdered her husband, neighbors claim they heard her garbage disposal running continually for days. Local residents saw Omaima Aree Nelson driving around in her late husband’s Corvette (colored red). Witnesses reported that Nelson went to a series of ex-boyfriend’s houses trying to dispose of her husband’s body parts.

When she couldn’t find a place to dispose of her husband, Omaima Aree Nelson dismembered him and skinned him. She then boiled, breaded, and deep fried his body parts, a jury found. She later told her psychiatrist that she dined on her husband, even dipping his ribs in barbeque sauce.

Los Angeles residents currently have nothing to fear because Nelson remains locked up at Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla. But next Wednesday, she wants to be free to walk and dine in Southern California.

In 1993, Orange County Deputy District Attorney Randy Pawloski obtained a conviction. Nelson was once previously up for parole and denied. She now is seeking parole again next Wednesday. In the 1990s, a jury found that she had previously terrorized a former boyfriend and eventually married Nelson, a pilot, only for his money.

“This was one of the most gruesome and notorious crimes ever committed in Orange County,” Pawloski states in a writing to the parole board this month. “The victim … was abused, defiled and mutilated during and after the offense. … His murder was carried out … in a manner which demonstrates an exceptionally callous disregard for human life.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Waka Flocka fight erupted during a bowling match last night. Waka Flock intended to bowl the night away. Instead, one uninvited guest was falling down with the pins after the Flocka fight heated up.

On Thursday night, the MTV nominated artist was holding his First Annual Celebrity Bowling Match. An announcer had told the crowd that Ludacris and Waka Flocka were donating money for each strike played during the fundraising gala.

Suddenly, strikes were delivered, but not to the bowling pins. Local blogger FreddyO reports “an artist who had previously been under [Waka Flocka] approached him with malice, words were said and our client was forced to defend himself.”

A series of fight pictures and video depicts a male on top of tables, others removing their shirts, two shoving each other. An unidentified person is later filmed apparently after having been knocked out. Local security responded to the facility.

“The aftermath, though dramatic, left no one seriously injured and saw the majority of the crowd dispersed without incident” reports the website. The artist and his family “made it very clear to me that he does not support violence and that it was sad people turned” to a fight.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lisa Stelly (photos below) and Jack Osbourne are planning a wedding. Lisa Stelly is an aspiring actress who has appeared in music videos and TV projects. No wedding date has been set for the couple, the couple confirms to news.

Lisa Stelly appears in Green Day’s music video for “21 Guns”. She also appeared in 2st Century Breakdown for Green Day , appearing as Gloria. She most recently appeared as herself in Howard Stern on Demand.

In 2009, Jack returned to television with Osbournes: Reloaded. The short run variety show failed to garner viewership. “The plan is to blend musical perfs by the Osbournes and others with comedy sketches as well as gameshow, audience participation and out-of-studio taped elements” Fox said in a news statement in 2009.

But one family member still not joining them on TV was Aimee Osbourne. Aimee chose not to join the variety show after having also not appeared on the MTV reality show years earlier. She told news once that her decision prompted strains between her and her mother.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A Yosemite earthquake today could be felt in Mammoth as well. Today’s September 30, 2011 Yosemite earthquake was centered near Yosemite Village. No reports of damage have been detailed by local news.

Shortly before 5 am local time, a 3.2 magnitude quake struck the region, USGS reports to news. The quake had virtually no depth, striking less than one mile below the earth’s surface, local news indicates. The quake was centered only eleven miles from Yosemite Village. It was also twenty-four miles from Mammoth Lakes.

The quake was centered west of highway 395. It was also east of Merced and highway 99. The quake was centered directly east of North Wawona and Darrah near Mariposa.

In related news, Oakland suffered a 3.3 magnitude earthquake Thursday afternoon. USGS reports to news that Oakland quake struck shortly before 5 PM. It was centered only ten miles below the earth’s surface local news reports. The quake was just two miles from Oakland, three miles from Alameda, and just outside of Piedmont.

The quake was centered between the MacArthur Freeway and the Nimitz Freeway. The quake was just south of Laurel and Bartlett and north of Fruitvale Station. No reports of damage have been detailed by local news.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Sara Leal photos and allegations prompted alleged friend Marta Borzuchowski to deny multiple reports Thursday. Sara Leal pictures surfaced this week as reports labeled Leal as Ashton Kutcher’s alleged second of three alleged mistresses during his six year marriage to Demi Moore. During the week, the New York Post claimed that Sara Leal was requesting a six figure payment to tell her story. Then, a second report on TheDirty claimed that Ashton Kutcher’s security personnel took cell phones from Sarah Leal and another woman after they allegedly entered Kutcher’s Hard Rock Hotel suite at 4 am Saturday morning.

Now Sara Leal’s alleged friend tells news that both those allegations – about the money deamand and the taking of cellphones – are false. On Thursday, Marta Borzuchowski emailed TheDirty to assert those two reports were false. “I am actually friends with Sara and I was her and Ashton at the Hard Rock Hotel and know everything that happened” wrote Borzuchowski.

“Why are you telling the media information hat isn’t true” asserted Borzuchowski. She claims the New York Post report was false. “Sara is not trying to get money, she just wants people to leave her alone”. Then she asserts that no cellphones were taken away by Kutcher’s team. “They didn’t take away all of our phone, we didn’t get there at 4 am.”

Moreover, Borzuchowski asserts a third girl is causing trouble. “The only girls there were Sara and I after 4-5 am. That other girl is just trying to find out what happened.” The “other” girl has yet to be identified.

Borzuchowski doesn’t indicate if she is still in contact with Sara Leal. But she says “leave it us to handle it”. It remains unclear what Borzuchowski believed needs to be “handle[d]“.

The website also reports “Why is Sara Leal’s new attorney only talking to Marty Singer and nobody else?” Singer represents Kutcher. Singer most recently represented Charlie Sheen in his dispute against CBS about Two and a Half Men.
