LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Playboy’s Ava Fabian (photos below) is shocked by scandal pictures of Michaele Salahi and Neal Schon, together. Ava Fabian was Playboy Playmate for August 1986. Many consider Fabian one of their favorite Playboy models ever; but now, after two months of marriage, the Playmate is shocked that her husband has found love with another Housewife.
Ava Fabian tells TMZ that she is shocked that Neal Schon (Journey) is having an alleged affair with Michael Salahi (Real Housewives of DC). While Schon and Salahi were both married at the time the alleged affair erupted, Fabian and Schon married just in July of this year.
When news of the Michaele Salahi story first erupted, critics thought it was a massive publicity stunt. And while Salahi’s husband claims he is devastated and has filed for divorce, others are still unsure if this still is a massive publicity stunt.
While Fabian has appeared in Playboy photos and even as a doll over the years, Michaele Salahi has pursued her own set of Playboy pictures. In April of this year, the former DC Housewife posed for the publication; according to news, she was turned down for the print issue, instead delegated for an upcoming online digital release. The publication has not commented about the reports.
Salahi told news in spring this year “Don’t believe all the tabloids or false headlines about the Playboy rumors … I will break it real VERY SOON!”. It remained unclear what tabloids or false headlines Salahi was referring to at the time.
Over the years, Salahi has been accused of different alleged bizarre acts. First, Maureen Dowd accused of Salahi of faking to be a former Redskins cheerleader. One cheerleader alleged that in 1994 “we had an early morning pep rally before the Nordstrom anniversary sale, and Michaele requested to borrow my pom poms. I was very nervous about this as NFL cheerleaders have strict rules not to lend their uniforms to anyone under any circumstances. “
Second, in April, Salahi made news after she was accused by VH-1 of not having a condition worthy of treatment on “Celebrity Rehab”. “The treatment program that ‘Celebrity Rehab’ documents is intended for individuals with serious substance abuse and addiction issues” the network said in a news statement at the time.
“Prior to the taping of the current season, producers were advised that Michaele Salahi met the criteria to be treated in this setting,” VH1 added. “However, professional assessments spanning from that time to the present, found that she did not meet such criteria. As a result, she is no longer participating in the program.”
And in August last year, Salahi accused Whoopi Goldberg of “abuse”. The then couple wrote on Facebook that they “will address on Thursday Morning LIVE on National TV the outrageous abuse and exchange that took place on the ABC Show the View and a [sic] audio & video file from Whoopi Goldberg verbal attack to Michaele. “
Goldberg told news that no abuse happened. She said that “Things got very heated on the air and backstage… I come out [on set] sometimes just ‘cause I wanna. That’s the way I do it here.” Goldberg added “Michaele was very upset about what was said about her on the air. She thought I hit her. I went up to her and told her that she knew I didn’t hit her.”
