LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Giselle Diwag Esteban has been arrested in the Michelle Le case. Michelle Le and Giselle Diwag Esteban were reportedly former friends who had a falling out. Esteban has vowed her innocence. But Giselle Diwag Esteban has been arrested on suspicion of murder of Le.Le’s remains have never been found; she disappeared May 27. Traces of her own blood were found in SUV thereafter.

Giselle Diwag Esteban had recently told news that she and Le had recently had a dispute over a man and that Le allegedly was the other woman. But Esteban has reportedly told police that she hated Le, but is innocent.

The two women went to school Mt. Carmel High School in Rancho Penasquitos. Le was last spotted at the Kaiser Permanente Hayward Medical Center on May 27.
