Teresa Giudice Husband Uses Retarded Slur, Claims Joe Gorga

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Teresa Giudice’s husband is accused of using a “retarded” slur by Joe Gorga in tonight’s Real Housewives of New Jersey telecast. Teresa Giudice has yet to comment about her brother Joe Gorga’s accusations. But during Sunday’s telecast, Teresa’s brother claims that Joe Giudice sent Joe Gorga threatening text messages after a recent book signing by Teresa.

Joe Gorga tells viewers tonight that Joe Giudice’s text messages allegedly included “It is so nice that you and your fake wife come to support your sister tonight. You’zz are so fake it makes me ill.” Gorga says that he got invited by his sister to a book signing, but hours later he got an allegedly threatening text message from her husband. “You are doing this for show. Show? Who am I going to show?” Gorga tells viewers.

“I will break your jaw, I will wire it shut” Joe Gorga accuses Joe Giudice of threatening him via text. Then Joe Gorga asserts that Joe Giudice is  “calling me a retard.. that is in his vocabulary”.

Melissa responded “He is the one, he is the one keeping the family apart… everytime that my sister tries to work it out, it seems that Joe Giudice tries to intercept.” Teresa Giudice has yet to comment if her husband did use the slur during taping of the season.

In April, 2011, Lady GaGa issued an appology for her own use of the word. “I consider it part of my life’s work and music to push the boundaries of love and acceptance, My apologies for not speaking thoughtfully. To anyone that was hurt, please know that it was furiously unintentional.”

In February 2010, Sarah Palin blasted then Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel for his use of the slur. Palin wrote at the time “The Obama Administration’s Chief of Staff scolded participants, calling them, “F—ing retarded,” according to several participants, as reported in the Wall Street Journal.” Palin added “Rahm’s slur on all God’s children with cognitive and developmental disabilities — and the people who love them — is unacceptable, and it’s heartbreaking.”

Saints vs Raiders: Oakland Tries to End Losing Streak

Saints vs Raiders: Oakland Tries to End Losing Streak

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – When the Saints vs Raiders take to the field tonight, Oakland understands that this is only the pre-season; but still, the Raiders have yet to win a game. In fact, in their two previous appearances, Oakland’s offense has been lackluster; the defense hasn’t been much better.

The Saints vs Raiders game airs tonight on NBC (start time 8 pm). But for Oakland, they are hoping to end a loosing streak that started with a 24-18 loss against the Cardinals and continued with a stunning 17-3 loss against the 49ers. The Saints, however, have also struggled. They fell against Houston last week after a win against San Francisco in their pre-season opener.

Against the 49ers, the Raiders passing was flawed after Boller delivered one interception in only eleven attempts. Edwards had six plays and one interception himself. Receiving wasn’t better, with Heyward-Bey and Hagan barely producing forty yards in two receptions. Campbell fumbled, Shaughnessy and McClain had interceptions.

The Saints were poor against the Texans. They had virtually no rushing game, producing less than fifty percent of the rushing yards delivered by Houston. Daniel and Brees had roughly one hundred yards passing, with Daniel delivering one touchdown and one interception.

“It was just far too many inconsistencies for our liking,” Sean Payton told news this week.  “I thought we weren’t as ready maybe as I thought we were the last week we played. I thought we were sluggish and I thought they looked sharp.”

Drunk Russian Woman Begins Dancing During Plane Flight, Prompts Midair Confusion

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Lap dancing from a female drunk Russian airplane passenger prompted midair confusion over the weekend. After the Russian female passenger started dancing provocatively, the pilot had had turn the flight back. And while her name has yet to be released to news, new details about the woman and her dancing are being detailed by Russian newspapers Sunday.

The female, roughly 39 years of age, had reportedly had too much too drink before coming on the plane. On Friday, her flight departed from Domodedovo Airport from London. But apparently not content with the in cabin free movies, the female decided to give her own show.

The Almetyevsk resident from the republic of Tatarstan got up and started to dance, proactively. She reportedly walked over to male passengers, took off their eyeglasses, and proceeded to give them a personal dance in their seat.

The Russia woman later apologized for having a low tolerance to alcohol. The pilot, unhappy with her behavior, had to turn back the flight because she was allegedly being too “disruptive”. Upon landing at Domodedovoro, the crew escorted the dancing passenger off. She is currently under medical evaluation. The Interior Ministry has yet to decide whether to pursue charges.

In August, Cathay Pacific admitted that photos leaked online were taken in a plane’s cockpit. But officials said the pictures were not taken in-flight.

Wayne Rooney Hat Trick Helps Man United Win

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Wayne Rooney delivered a hat trick to help Man United win against Arsenal Sunday. Wayne Rooney’s hat trick along with a scoring powerhouse ended today’s Manchester United vs. Arsenal game with a 8-2 score. In addition to Rooney, Ashley Young had two goals himself and one assist. Also scoring for Man United were Welbeck, Nani, and Park.

Rooney and Co learned just last week that Sir Alex Ferguson is happy with his squad and won’t make any more trades this season. Chief executive David Gill told news recently that he doesn’t see anymore trades in the immediate future and certainly not before September.

“I don’t think there will be another arrival,” he told news this week “We’ve looked at various players but we’re very comfortable with our squad. We’ve made some great additions in the summer and we’ve got a young, vibrant squad.

He added “We look forward to a great season now as, I’m sure, will a lot of other clubs. A lot have strengthened, in England in particular, but we feel we’re well equipped for the months ahead. We’ll progress now and I’m sure Alex will get the best out of the players over the season.”

Also this week, David De Gea got support from Peter Schmeichel.”He’s only young and it takes a little bit of time to adjust to the kind of football we play in the Premier League, the kind of players you play against and the kind of referees we have, who allow a lot more physical contact”. He added “He needs to learn and I think he has a great future ahead of him.”

Chile Earthquake Today Marks Another Terremoto For the Region

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – When a Peru earthquake struck last week, Chile residents felt the terremoto throughout the region
because of its strength. Today, yet another temblor struck Chile. Chile, since 2007, has suffered continual quakes in excess of 5.0 magnitude almost on a monthly basis. Today’s August 28, 2011 temblor is no different.

Last week, a 7.0 earthquake in Peru was felt across Chile. The same happened in April this year when at Chile quake was centered only one hundred thirty-one miles from Tacna, Peru. Yet, in 2007, Chile suffered one of its worst quakes ever. On November 14 that year, a 7.7 earthquake shocked news and locals, centered in Chile’s northern region.

But since February this year, five to six magnitude quakes have become almost a month occurrence. A 6.0 struck on February 27, on the one year anniversary of the nation’s dead 8.8 earthquake. Days early a 6.1 struck the region.

Today’s quake differs, however, slightly in location. In a statement to news, USGS reports that today’s quake was centered only eighty-three miles west of Santiago. The 5.2 magnitude quake was thirty miles west of Valparaiso, thirty-seven miles north of San Antonio, and ninety miles west of Los Andres.

The quake struck shortly after 12 AM local time today. USGS indicates to news that the quake had a nominal depth of only seven miles below the earth’s surface.

Manchester United vs. Arsenal: Rooney and Young Dominate Walcott

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Manchester United vs Arsenal had a blowout first half with Man United coming up scoring with goals minutes apart. Current score on Manchester United vs. Arsenal 2011 is 3-1 at the fifty-five minute mark. Danny Welbeck scored twenty-two minutes into the game; six minutes later Ashley Young did the same, followed by Wayne Rooney at the forty-two minute mark.

In advance of today’s game, Sir Alex Ferguson wrote about today’s epic battle. “It is fair to say that United and Arsenal have had their battles both on and off the pitch, but I have never lost my respect for a man who is an accomplished manager and has erred the Gunners well. Arsene should remember that we all go through this kind of vicious bear-baiting” Ferguson added.

“A few years ago, after we had gone a couple of seasons without winning the championship, the hounds were barking for me. The expectations can be amazing” Ferguson said. “They are wounded, but that could make them all the more dangerous. A game between our two clubs is always highly significant and invariably has a bearing on the destination of the title.”

On an assist from Anderson, Danny Welbeck scored today. Later Ashley Young scored. But at the forty-two minute mark, Young was the was the assist for Wayne Rooney to score. Theo Walcott has delivered Arsenal’s only goal this game.

Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez is also playing today. He told news in advance of today’s game “But we must aim to win each tournament. We know what happened in May and we want to win this trophy. We were so close and that will make us more motivated and hungry.”

Tom Cleverley says of today’s game “I definitely still see Arsenal as a threat, and we’re viewing this game as a massive test. Historically, it’s a massive fixture, and I don’t think that’s changed.” Click HERE for score updates.
