Abdulfattah John Jandali, Steve Jobs’ Father, Details A Broken Heart

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Abdulfattah John Jandali (photos below), Steve Jobs’ biological father, reveals to news this week that he has a broken heart. Abdulfattah-John-Jandali, the Syrian father of Jobs, reveals that mother Joanne Schieble Simpson gave up Steve Jobs to adoption. Today he is 80 years old and is resolute about working around the clock. But in a news interview this week, Jandali says that he hopes before his passes that he is able to connect with Jobs.
“She did not want to bring shame onto the family and thought this was the best for everyone” Abdulfattah John Jandali explains in a news interview. Today, Jandali is 80 years old and vice president of a Reno casino.
“Now I just live in hope that, before it is too late, he will reach out to me, because even to have one last coffee with him would make me a very happy man” he tells news.”I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t sadden me to have not been part of my son’s incredible journey.”

And yet, Jandali says that he expects the connection never happen. “This might sound strange, though, but I am not prepared, even if either of us was on our deathbeds, to pick up the phone to call him,” Jandali reportedly tells news. “Steve will have to do that, as the Syrian pride in me does not want him ever to think I am after his fortune.”
Yet, he adds “Now I just live in hope that, before it is too late, he will reach out to me, because even to have just one coffee with him just once would make me a very happy man.”

What did the father ever do to Steve to make Steve treat him like this? Maybe being adopted caused Steve to focus on electronics. At least he should thank the dad for his IQ.

Jobs is done but left his mark on every corner of wireless technology. It only leaves us asking who won the war between the two titans of modern computer technology? Steve Jobs vs. Bill Gates / Apple vs. Microsoft– check out my rendering of an epic match-up of their cyborg selves on

Steve should definitely call the old man. Not everyone gets the chance to connect with their biological dad before one of them croaks. Plus this dude sounds like he’d be an interesting conversationalist anyway.

God help the stereo-type like schodi. It never occurs to them that Syrians are humans. This has a lot to do with our gov’t policies…..anyway, Mr. Jandali is sincere in his comments that he wishes to connect with Steve. In most cases, the adopted child is the one who seeks to find and connect with the parents. In the 1950s it was a major shame to the family to have a child outside of a formal marriage. I beleive this is still evident in Mr. Jandali’s remarks. Nontheles, he is proud of his son….go Syrian Pride.

Would it have hurt Mr. Jandali too much over the last 35 years to drive over to 1 Infinite Loop?
It shows he looks just like Steve, but I say Mr. Jandali is a coward.
