ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Officer Bert Lopez, a cop with the New Mexico State Police, has been caught on video tape for alleged improper acts. Now that Bert Lopez video tape is prompting an investigation. In the video, Officer Bert Lopez is allegedly having relations with a female on top of a car. Some reports online tonight are erroneously reporting that Lopez had relations with the female on top of his cop car; the car instead was the female’s dark-colored Honda.

Bert Lopez does however allegedly appeared clothed in police attire while having relations with the female. The video comes roughly a year after Bert Lopez was bestowed New Mexico State Police District 1 Officer of the Year.

In the video, a woman appears allegedly unclothed laying on the hood of the Honda. Lopez  in turn allegedly appears virtually fully clothed in his official New Mexico State Police District uniform. News reports claim that Lopez was allegedly on duty when the tape was recorded.

KOB reports that peculiar detail that they only witness was a Chihuahua. The video was recorded by surveillance cameras. The two allegedly engaged in acts on a remote Sante Fe ranch. The ranch reportedly is owned by the County. The tape is still not dated. The matter is confirmed under investigation.

“The internal affairs investigation is complete, now we are awaiting a final decision on any disciplinary action that could be taken,” said the official statement to news. Santa Fe County Sheriff Robert Garcia says he is certain that no laws weren’t broken and hence no charges will be filed.

The surveillance camera was reportedly a motion-sensor activated device. Lopez is reportedly on paid administrative leave and could face possible disciplinary action.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Liverpool and Arsenal confirmed more trades and loans late today after initial news announcements. First, Arsenal is confirming a Yossi Benayoun loan. In a statement to news, the team “confirmed that they have agreed to sign Chelsea midfielder Yossi Benayoun on a season-long loan deal.” He previously played with Hapoel Be’er Sheva, before heading to Maccabi Haifa.

Also tonight, Arsenal confirmed signing midfielder Mikel Arteta. Arteta moves from Everton for a four year contract, the team tells news. “A year long spell in Spain with Real Sociedad followed before he teamed up with David Moyes’ side, initially on loan, in 2004-5. The Spaniard went on to score 28 goals in 174 Premier League appearances for the Toffees.”

Arteta is Arsenal’s fourth signing of the day after Yossi Benayoun, Per Mertesacker, Andre Santos, and Chu Young Park.

Second, Liverpool has confirmed news of inking a deal with Craig Bellamy. Bellamy will wear shirt 39 confirms the club. LFC also tells news late tonight that “Raul Meireles has submitted a written transfer request.” Finally, David Ngog is confirmed transferred to Bolton Wanderers.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Venus Williams has Sjogren’s Syndrome, prompting her withdraw from the U.S. Open 2011 today. Venus Williams told news that she has Sjogren’s Syndrome and that it’s hurting her ability to play tennis. Now news are questioning how severe the condition is and whether it will prevent Venus from ever returning to the sport.

In announcing she has Sjogren’s Syndrome, Williams told news how it is impacting her endurance, strength and performance. “I’m really disappointed to have to withdraw from this year’s U.S. Open. I have recently been diagnosed with Sjogren’s Syndrome, an autoimmune disease which is an ongoing medical condition that affects my energy level and causes fatigue and joint pain.”

Venus told Tennis Magazine today that the diagnosis was official. News reporters courtside said her energy seemed down.

The news announcement was made moments before the Williams vs Lisicki match. Venus’ semifinalist opponent Sabine Lisicki was shocked by the news. Sabine said that Venus had warmed up, she had been in the locker-room, dressed in her match clothes and been practicing on the court. “I hope she will be fine quick”.

Chris Evert tells news she expects Venus to exit for the rest of the season. Will Venus retire? That question remains unclear. One report claims that “Venus, only 15 months older, is neither healthy nor doing particularly well.”

The Mayo Clinic says of Sjogren’s Syndrome that is a “disorder of your immune system identified by its two most common symptoms — dry eyes and a dry mouth.” It adds “Sjogren’s syndrome often accompanies other immune-system disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. In Sjogren’s syndrome, the mucous membranes and moisture-secreting glands of your eyes and mouth are usually affected first — resulting in decreased production of tears and saliva.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Dave Bugliari and Alyssa Milano welcomed a baby boy today. Dave Bugliari (photos below) of CAA and Alyssa Milano in February told news that they were expecting their first child. Today they welcomed Milo Thomas Bugliari.

Alyssa Milano and David Bugliari first met in 2006. The couple got engaged before Christmas 2008 and revealed the news in January of 2009.

In August 2009, the couple exchanged wedding vows surrounded by willows and calla lilies. Milano told news previously that meeting David was a “lovely gift”. Today they had another gift. The 38 year old actress welcomed Milo, 7 lbs, 19 inches long.

Milano is rumored to pay Carla in the upcoming Ghostbusters III. She is currently in post production as the voice of Daphne Snow for Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chip-Wrecked. She most recently appeared as Rebecca Thomas in Romantically Challenged. She appeared as Phoebe Halliwell in Charmed during its eight year run and Who’s The Boss for eight years ending in 1992.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Julianne Hough says she got freaked out when her photos were leaked online recently. Julianne Hough admits to news today that her personal pictures were stolen several months ago. Only this week were the pics leaked online. None of the pictures were scandalous nor racy. They basically just depict Julianne Hough hanging out with her friends.

Yet, Julianne opens up to news today, expressing that the leak still freaked her out. Hough said that she is disturbed knowing that  someone is watching her as a celebrity, and seeking to steal her personal belongings. “It’s just the fact that that’s, like, personal. You kind of get freaked out, like, who’s watching what you’re doing for anything whether you’re a celebrity or not.”

Julianne yet was grateful that she is a “good girl”. “You know what? It’s a good thing I’m a good girl. And there wasn’t anything too racy on there.”

And yet she tells news that she is bothered that personal information was seen by the world, including even personal cards and upcoming songs. ” And, the weirdest part was, like, I saw that, like, my insurance card or something they had, songs from my album that haven’t been released yet. It’s a little weird.”
