CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Krystal Holloway aka River Cruz (photos below), the alleged George Anthony mistress, dominated Casey Anthony trial moves today. Krystal Holloway aka River Cruz claims her alleged affair with George Anthony continued after Caylee Anthony’s death, and that the two discussed Caylee Anthony’s cause of death. But Holloway and her sister Cecilia Holloway aka Skye Benhaida are under fired by George and Cindy Anthony’s family attorney.

Mark Lippman, George Anthony’s attorney, has previously told news that George does not know Holloway. He says that the two did not have an affair. And he says that George did not receive money from Holloway nor discussed with her Caylee Anthony’s death.

But Krystal Holloway asserts that she is George Anthony’s mistress. Krystal Holloway says the affair continued after Caylee Anthony’s death. Holloway has given two notable interviews, one to investigators and one to a local news station. When asked by the local news stating why she did not admit to police that she had an alleged affair with Anthony, she said she didn’t think it was relevant at the time.

Holloway could be called by the defense Friday. Earlier today, Jose Baez asked Cindy Anthony if she was having marital troubles at the time of Caylee’s death. The question prompted a halt of the proceedings. The question was not answered. Krystal Holloway in addition to the affair asserts three other key pieces of evidence.

First, she asserts that George Anthony sent her a text after Caylee’s death, saddened about his own life. That alleged text is consistent with Anthony’s own suicide note and attempt to take his own life. In pre suicide attempt messages, George Anthony allegedly wrote he “did not want to live anymore”. In one message, Anthony said he wanted “to be with Caylee.” Anthony was found the last week of January 2009 in a Daytona Beach motel room with empty pill bottles and a suicide note.

Second, Krystal Holloway claims that George Anthony lied about having a job to his wife Cindy. Krystal Holloway asserts, that at the time George was allegedly at work, he was with her. And when George allegedly had to show money from that alleged fake job, Krystal Holloway asserts she gave him thousands of dollars. That same line of discussions were mentioned by Baez in his opening.

Finally, Krystal says she asked George Anthony what happened to Caylee. She claims he responded “it was an accident that snowballed out of control.” That exact expression was mentioned by Jose Baez in his opening statement. Krystal also asserts that George admitted to her once trying to choke Casey after Caylee’s death.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Friday’s Cindy Anthony testimony prepared an accidental drowning defense for Casey Anthony. The Cindy Anthony testimony Friday focused on the swimming pool, its ladder, the pool deck box, Caylee Anthony’s ability to climb into the pool, and similar. Within just a matter of minutes, Jose Baez was exceptional in getting into the record a series of critical testimony and photos. Every photo moved into evidence by Baez was objected to by State, and each picture was overruled and published to the jury. While Cindy hasn’t said how Caylee died, she has set up nearly an hour of critical testimony that fits the pieces of an accidental drowning defense.

“This is the first step onto the ladder” said Cindy Anthony. “Did she often get anxious in getting into the water and wanted to get in ahead of you?” asked Baez. Cindy Anthony said “for the most part … as she got older, she was a lot more anxious, because she was familiar with the pool.” She added “We always had a life jacket on her.”

In the summer of 2008, Caylee Anthony started going into the pool from March for about three to five times per week, always with the life vest on, Cindy told the jury. When Cindy was on vacation in June 2008, for a one week vacation, Caylee went swimming every day. Caylee was in love with the swimming pool.

Earlier Baez introduced into evidence a video of Casey and Caylee. The video was offered to prove how Caylee was growing fast. But the video clearly showed how loving Casey was a loving parent to Caylee early on.

“She was climbing a ladder” said Cindy Anthony to virtually all the ladder pictures. “How much are you supporting you?” asked Baez. “My hands on her but firmly, just like a light touch” Cindy Anthony responded. Later, as Caylee grew, she became anxious to climb in by herself unattended, Cindy told the jury.

“Did she get better at climbing the ladder into the pool?” asked Baez. “She was able to climb into the pool by herself” said Anthony. “Did you take numerous precautions around the pool for Caylee?” asked Baez.

From there Cindy detailed the worries about a drowning to the jury. “Yes, we made sure once Caylee started walking we had a pool box … near the ladder … once Caylee was a toddler, we moved that up against the house… so that she could not climb up on the deck box to get into the ladder.” She added the deck box would be removed during days that swimming didn’t occur. She told Caylee not to go into the pool without parents.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Amy Fisher says her Celebrity Rehab role helped her acquire new assertiveness. Amy Fisher tells news that, in joining Celebrity Rehab for VH-1, “I think I made for an interested cast member.” But sparking interest Thursday is her Entertainment Tonight interview and the report’s unusual title. ET puts up two face pictures of Amy Fisher, years apart, for their latest news interview with Fisher. With it, they add the title “Amy Fisher’s Drastic Physical Transformation.” But in the body of their news article, ET make no mention of what they assert is the “transformation”.

“I don’t keep alcohol in my house” Fisher explains. She tells news that she hopes the reality show will change perceptions of her public image. “In my private life, I have been married for many years, I have three children [but] I have been turned into this tabloid figure.”

Fisher and her husband granted multiple exclusive interviews to LALATE in 2008. Fisher, always entertaining and intelligent, had told LALATE at the time of her hopes to move into her reality programming.

Fisher this week admits, now three years later, she feels she is still not portrayed correctly by the media. “It’s difficult… I’m never portrayed correctly.” But Fisher understands her purpose is to entertain fans. “[But] I’m a tabloid figure, enjoy me for who I am.”

Fisher’s entry to Celebrity Rehab, she explains tonight, is to battle her own troubles with assertiveness. While she accepts that she is a public person, she says Dr Drew helped her deal with the troubles that come from the public eye. “The media turns me into this .. sinister … dark character” she tells news. “[But] I’m really a big wimp, I’m sitting there and crying … Dr Drew is helping me be assertive.” She adds “I do hope when people watch it … [and] they learn something they didn’t know before.”

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Sonja Morgan’s bankruptcy is revealed in this month’s Real Housewives of New York. But for Sonja Morgan, the bankruptcy admission came publicly last fall. On NY Housewives, Morgan mentions her divorce, a $7 million court judgment, and a film that wasn’t made. But last year, she admitted to news the money troubles.

In November of last year, Sonja Morgan’s bankruptcy was confirmed to New York news when she filed for protection, citing $13.5 million in assets and $19.8 million in debt. Among those debts was a $7 million court judgment. Morgan references this amount and the judgment on Housewives.

Morgan lost a case brought against her Sonja Productions in California. The suit, filed by Hannibal Pictures, was concerning the film “Fast Flash to bang Time”. The film was to star John Travolta. It was never made, as Morgan told NY Housewives fans this month.

Morgan’s news came as Jill Zarin launched her shapewear line. The fellow Housewives later sought questions during a meeting held by Zarin. “The recent events have been very heavy because it’s public and people are looking at me under a microscope” Morgan told views.

She eventually turned to Ramona for comfort. When Morgan was first announced as a new Housewife in 2001, she told news that she had known Ramona for twenty years. “If you think she’s crazy now, she was really crazy then. We all were! I know the Countess from the circle, she spent time in Switzerland and so do I. We’re both divorcees, so we see each other sometimes after dinner.” Morgan is divorced from John Adams Morgan, heir to the JP Morgan fortune.

CORAL GABLES (LALATE) – Did my Yorkie dog eat bamboo leaves and get sick on chloroform? Do hand sanitizers contain acetone and pose a threat to my granddaughter Caylee Anthony? Casey Anthony’s family lived in a world filled with fears of backyard bamboo leaves and household sanitizers, jurors learned today. A mother, who is a nurse, would watch YouTube videos of skateboarders; she thought her dog was getting poisoned by backyard plants; and she feared clean hands could pose a danger to someone else.

The Casey Anthony trial couldn’t have gotten any stranger today. But tonight, news analysts reminded viewers that there are three jurors who are either nurses or medical health officials. Tonight, analysts debated what those three jurors tonight must be thinking about the bizarre medical curiosity of Cindy Anthony.

Casey Anthony is accused of being a pathological liar, a person who made up a job. Her father is accused of the same, accused by his alleged mistress of fabricating a job and taking money from her to cover for it. Today, Cindy Anthony said that she knows exactly what she was doing on a computer in 2008, even remembers the stains she bought in a car nearly a decade ago. “There was a few little stains in the car when we bought the car,” she said.

While Casey Anthony has been accused of fabricating a web of lies, the Anthony family today didn’t look particular normal either. Three jurors of the medical health field sat and heard Casey’s mother say that she though chloroform might be in bamboo roots. Cindy Anthony then said she got some email from a co-worker warning her about hand sanitizer’s threat to Caylee Anthony. And that lead to her acetone and peroxide. “That scare came out in March, and during the same timeframe I was looking up the issues about the dogs,” Cindy Anthony said. “I was looking up ingredients in the hand sanitizer, the alcohol, and that prompted me to look up other things we had in the house.”

But even if those three jurors believed the larger than life medical curiosity of Casey’s mother, there is the I.T. juror. He told got to hear Cindy Anthony recall exactly how many times she was on a website four years ago on one particular day at a particular time. Is her memory just a bit too remarkable? The I.T. juror also heard Casey’s mother detail how she remember a particulate advertisement pop-up appear from YouTube about skateboarding, described a “neck breaking feat”, four years earlier.

Was Anthony family’s yorkie getting tired from chlorophyll or chloroform, or did the Anthony family just want to save Casey’s life? That is up for the jurors to decide.
