LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Mildred Patricia Baena affair with Arnold Schwarzenegger has resulted in a second alleged mistress, Gigi Goyette, now speaking out. Mildred Patricia Baena (photos below) as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s mistress had a love child thirteen years ago. But now another alleged former worker for Arnold Schwarzenegger has come forward to claim that she, too, had an affair with the actor during his marriage to Maria Shriver. Her name is not new, however, with details of her allegations first surfacing several years ago and resurfacing last week. But last night, Gigi Goyette’s allegations against Arnold Schwarzenegger hit local Los Angeles primetime news.

Today, Gigi Goyette is an attractive middle aged woman living in Malibu. But Goyette, now 52, claims that she first met Arnold Schwarzenegger when she was a teen actor. At the time, Goyette appeared on Little House on the Prairie. A Los Angeles resident, Goyette tells news that she was at a Malibu beach one day, on break from the TV series, when she ran into the Venice Beach bodybuilder. Arnold was 27, she was 16. Together, she claims the two had relations once.

According to local news, Gigi Goyette is now a resident of Malibu working in real estate. Last night, KTLA broadcasted live outside her Malibu home where a Corvette and a SUV sat in the driveway. Goyette told the local news reporters off camera that she could not appear on TV without her attorney present. Last week, that attorney was revealed to be Gloria Allred.

“Arnold has a very, physical, … voracious, appetite [for relations]” said Goyette during a televised news broadcast for a notable entertainment news site this week. Goyette told news that she and Arnold Schwarzenegger met in 1975 on a Malibu beach. And because of his “appetite”, she said it was hard at age 16 to say “no” to the bodybuilder. She said they had relations once.

“I think the fact that his body … that his magnetism he had with woman, it was hard to say no” Goyette told news.

Goyette claims she didn’t see Arnold Schwarzenegger again until 1989. She tells news that she allegedly “worked for him”. Local news would not detail if the professional relationship was a real estate broker. Arnold Schwarzenegger has publically commented for decades that his net worth was substantially built by real estate investments since the 1970s.

Goyette claims that, in 1989, years before Arnold Schwarzenegger’s love child was born with Mildred Patricia Baena, but several years into his marriage to Maria Shriver, the couple had an affair. Goyette claims the affair went on for several years as she allegedly worked for Arnold. Goyette did not comment last night about the Mildred Patricia Baena reports.

Goyette did however publically issue an on-air apology to Maria Shriver during the news broadcast. “I am very sorry for the mistakes that I made into he m past and being inseminate with your husband and would I hope you forgive me for that.”

Local news claims that Arnold Schwarzenegger’s reps have responded to the entertainment news broadcast by telling PEOPLE that Gigi’s claims are false, that she allegedly sold four stories to the tabloids in recent weeks.

legal nemesis Gloria Allred. Allred previously represented Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods’ mistress. Allred in a news statement last week said “Goyette … had an intimate relationship with Arnold”.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Scotty McCreery is the winner of American Idol. McCreery in American Idol results tonight defeated Lauren Alaina after the two delivered impressive performances this week. After American Idol produced a season of shocking results, stunning eliminations, amazing performance, and sad goodbyes, tonight it crowned a winner who has consistently impressed judges, news critics and fans this season.

American Idol this season has sometimes angered fans, confused producers and baffled judges. But tonight, American Idol came together in the end. There were moments this season when fans were left so furious about contestants eliminations that they too vowed to leave the show and never return.

Pia Toscano’s elimination, Casey Abrams’ cast off, and James Durbin being voted off anger many fans. One reader wrote about Durbin “Idol, you better wake up before you lose your audience.” Another fumed about Durbin’s elimination, stating “I can’t even to begin with how much I am over American Idol”.

But along the way, news critics and judges always loved Scotty and Lauren. Earlier this month, News critics gave top praise to Scotty McCreery, especially with his performance of “You’ve Got A Friend”. Steven told Scotty that he had never sang better. Jennifer said the song showed Scotty’s vocal range. And Randy simply praised the performance as “flawless.”

But both competitors improved through the season. All three judges told Scotty and Lauren in recent weeks, that despite their talent, they still improved immensely in the final few weeks. Scotty was able to take judges’ reviews and improve with the advice. Jennifer Lopez once told him his signing was good but “we were expecting more.” Randy Jackson said sometimes he was lackluster at best, remarking “that was so safe and boring.”

This week, Scotty and Lauren were simply stellar. Lauren impressed the judges on Like My Mother Does. Steven Tyler loved it while Jennifer Lopez remarked “With that song, you may have just won.” Randy Jackson added “It was a great song. Lauren Alaina has arrived.”

Scotty McCreery was incredible on Love You This Big. Steven Tyler told Scotty “You take your chances and you ran with it.” Jennifer Lopez thought it was perfect remarking “You are a great storyteller on this show.” And Randy Jackson praised the performance. “The range was great. It is game time. That was a brilliant vocal.”

But in the end, after 122 million votes were cast, Scotty McCreery was confirmed to fans and news as your American Idol 2011.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The arrest of Giovanni Ramirez in the Bryan Stow beating case last weekend prompted LAPD’s self-congratulatory press conference on Sunday. But does LAPD simply have the wrong guy? Giovanni Ramirez’s attorney, friends and family want the public to know that the Hollywood resident allegedly wasn’t even at the Los Angeles Dodgers game when Bryan Stow was beaten. While LAPD has remained tight lipped since their press conference Sunday when they applauded each other’s work, Giovanni Ramirez’s attorney is telling news that the LAPD has the wrong guy.

Giovanni Ramirez was on a parole at the time of his arrest on Saturday. As a result, Ramirez is being held on an alleged parole violation still as of Wednesday evening. If Ramirez had not been on parole, he would have been released on Tuesday without having been charged 48 hours after arrest. Yet, big questions remain unanswered.

In a news conference Sunday, the LAPD told local residents their arrested suspect would be charged in the Rampart division by that evening. It didn’t happen. LAPD and Giovanni Ramirez’s attorney haven’t indicated to news what happened between Sunday morning and Sunday evening, when LAPD started the day proclaiming they had found the “primary aggressor”.

Chief Beck told news Sunday “We are not going to give you the name of the individual we have in custody. … That person will be booked at Rampart tonight and his name will be released then”.

Instead, Ramirez is being held on a parole violation. What is the nature of the parole violation? That also hasn’t been released to news. Reports claim that Ramirez met with his parole officer at least two times after the Stow beating. So what prompted his arrest this Sunday on a parole violation suddenly?

“What I can tell you is this. We got a tip from a law enforcement parole agent” Beck told new Sunday. “We began to work this tip…. More information was developed so we could get a search warrant … More pieces of relevant evidence was obtained that will result in the booking for the beating of Bryan Stow tonight.” Beck did not detail on what basis the arrest was issued. Since then Beck hasn’t explained why Ramirez hasn’t been charged nor the nature of the parole violation.

Attorney Chip Matthews, however, says client Giovanni Ramirez didn’t beat Bryan Stow and wasn’t even at the game. First Matthews says that eight witnesses will verify that Giovanni Ramirez was with them, in an East Hollywood apartment, all day, not at Dodgers Stadium the night that Bryan Stow (aka Brian Stow) was beaten. Among the persons who will verify that are Giovanni Ramirez’s daughter who claims that he was with her dad the entire day, alongside other family members, neighbors, and friends. In fact, Giovanni Ramirez’s grandmother will reportedly verify the same, indicating that she would have watched the child if Ramirez was not with her and off at the game.

Matthews also says his client will take a polygraph test to verify the same.

Beck told news this weekend that “The LAPD has tried to two things” get the support of the public. “First, we have tried to insure safety at Dodgers Stadium. This has been the safest stadium in the county. But this [second] piece is even more important. To be a police department in this city, it has to be effective. We have to be effective to put this thug in custody.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – A San Pedro High School shooting today has put the campus and Dana Middle School on lockdown. The San Pedro High School shooting was initially reported by police as happening on campus. But police now tell news that is not the case. The shooter is still at large, the schools remain on lockdown, and streets are roped off.

As of 3:30 PM, LALATE can report the attacker involved in the San Pedro High School shooting today is reportedly still at large. Police report he is an African American male, roughly 6′ tall with short black hair. He was reportedly wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. He was last seen running eastbound on Alma.

The San Pedro High School shooting was initially reported as happening on campus. But moments ago, police officials tell news that the shooting did not happen on campus but nearby. They now believe that the shooting happened at the intersection of 14th and Alma. The victim reportedly was shot into the leg. After the shooter fled, the victim reportedly staggered onto San Pedro High School looking for help. Reports claim that the victim staggered into B-45 classroom with the apparent gunshot wound.

Aerial news helicopters show at least ten squad cars in position near campus. Streets are roped off. At least three witnesses off campus are being questions. Police tell news that San Pedro High School and Dana Middle School went quickly onto lockdown. Immediately, Harbor Division of the LAPD responded to aid School District Police on campus at San Pedro High.

Update 3:36 PM -  The victim is reportedly a 15 year old believed to be a student. LAPD set up a perimeter around the two schools. Within the half hour, the lockdown will be lifted and San Pedro High School and Dana Middle School students will be able to be picked up. The victim is being treated at a local area hospital.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – St Louis is under tornado warning again after weather conditions worsened today. St Louis’ latest tornado warning comes after thunderstorms prompted hail in Webster Grove and substantial weather across the County. Only one month ago, St Louis Lambert International Airport suffered substantial damage during an overnight tornado.

One hour ago, St Louis County issued a news alert that “tornado warning [had been issued] for St Louis City and County until 4 pm”. Thereafter, the Weather Channel reported news of a funnel cloud spotted near I-44 at the intersection of I-270. County officials then updated news that “portions of St Louis Metro [City]” had been added to the alert.

Conditions worsened quickly. St Louis County police issued a news advisory that a “funnel cloud [had been] spotted by weather spotter in Brentwood near the Galleria”. Police noted the funnel at 3:20 PM CDT and said it was moving north east quickly at 30 mph.

Shortly thereafter, Police officials advised North County residents to now be on alert with the funnel headed in their path. “Berkeley… Jennings … Ferguson .. Florissant .. Black Jack” were among the cities in North County put on alert. Police thereafter advised news that the funnel may be splitting with “cells … popping up suddenly.”

By roughly 4 pm local time, damage was striking near Jamestown Mall. “Tress down with damage reported in Old Jamestown area north of Jamestown Mall”. But moments ago, Police official tell news that at least that tornado was now “passing into Alton”.

But there was a new concern. After that funnel moved to Alton, Police told news that “4 additional tornado warnings in adjacent counties have paths that could take them through St Louis County”.

As those tornadoes continue to strike the region, two other concerns are growing. First there is huge sized hail outside. Webster Groves is suffering 1 inc hail currently. Second, Kirkwood, Crestwood and neighboring areas have reports of sporadic hail.

The National Weather service says that Eastern St Louis county remains on tornado watch until 5 pm this evening. “The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Warning for Eastern St Louis County until 5 PM CDT, Wednesday, May 25th, 2011″ said the news statement by STL County Police. “Doppler indicated severe thunderstorm over Arnold at 4:09 PM. Storm previous produced a funnel cloud near Byrnes Mill.” Impacted areas include Brentwood, Maplewood, Richmond Heights, and Clayton.
